This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

This is a lovely house very close to New Paltz. We had a nice long weekend with the kids and loved spending time in the pool. Susan was a great host. No complaints!

Billy and Rhobin were so helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was so comfortable and peaceful. The property was lovely! 5 Stars all around! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

The teahouse and surroundings were relaxing and peaceful. We saw groundhogs, deer, and chipmunks from the porch and our 2 dogs loved exploring the field and wandering in the nearby woods. The pool was amazing and warm despite the rain and the natural landscaping couldn’t have been more beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Wilderkill Barn. Maria Cristina and William were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The home was a haven, with a hot tub, sauna, pool, fire pit, pool table, and immersive sound and movie systems—all of which made our stay delightful despite the cold, dreary May weather. We can't thank them enough. ***That said, we feel it's necessary to address a serious issue with Airbnb itself that arose while booking this property, unrelated to the property itself. An unexpected tax was added after booking, and Airbnb has yet to provide a clear explanation. After years of loyalty, we were disappointed by their evasive and unhelpful customer support. This experience has made us reconsider using the platform in the future. We urge potential users to scrutinize all fees carefully and be aware that Airbnb’s support may be difficult to navigate if problems arise.***

This house absolutely reminded me of home and my childhood ! So lovely and clean. Absolutely love the heated pool ! This was the perfect house for our wedding at the Mohonk mountain house . Close and such a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed the outdoor porch sitting room . Thank you for a comfortable and wonderful stay .

Beautiful place with lovely views. Close to lots of restaurants, hikes, parks, and quaint villages. Plenty of room for our extended family.

Had a beautiful couple of days in the wooded retreat. So peaceful. Loved the yoga room. Everything was so relaxing. Loved that there were instructions for everything so was easy to use the pellet stove and fire pit! The roof deck was great for star gazing. Five stars for sure.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This house was very clean, comfortable, and felt safe. The location is ideal for hiking and exploring nearby Rhinebeck and Woodstock. I would stay here again.

We were only at Sylvia’s house for one night, but it was a lovely stay. The house was warm and inviting with plenty of space. The loft bedroom was perfect and very comfortable. The shower is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to New York.

A very lovely place to stay! The description matched the place exactly. We enjoyed spending a lot of time outside on the deck bird watching and even saw some fish jumping in the river. The property is also very private which was a huge plus -- no visible neighbors in any direction while spending time outside. Seth was a very responsive host and did a great job with the design of the house. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay extra nice. Would love to stay again!

Our family had a lovely time at the Creekside Retreat. We arrived to a clean house with clear instructions for entering. Parking was convenient to the front door. We settled in and played scrabble which was provided by the host in the game cabinet. The second day we enjoyed a great breakfast at a local diner and went hiking about 20 miles away at Minnewaska state park. There was also a walking trail much closer we may check out on another trip. There was a park nearby my children walked to play baseball. Our two dogs made themselves at home. The creek was flooded so we weren’t able to enjoy the deck on it or the boat - maybe next time. The hot tub also didn’t work while we were there but we didn’t realize until later in our stay so it may have been a simple solution. The host generously left towels, blankets, and toiletries but we couldn’t find wash cloths. Wood was left out for the fire. Overall, we had what we needed for a great weekend getaway.

Awesome location in Kingston. Close to many great restaurants, coffee shops and art spaces. Such a fun place to visit for a long weekend. Rosie had great recommendations for anything you could want to do. The space has an amazing yard and so many good books to read.

Jane was the best hostess! We had a few questions and she responded promptly in a friendly manner. The house is so homey and easy to immediately relax. It was just what we needed. Kitchen was amazing. It was stocked with all we needed to cook all our meals. And the plus was the yummy homemade jam! Thanks again. We talked about making it an annual trip! Lovely clean and modern home. Liked the location - quiet and peaceful but only a short drive to both Kingston and Woodstock. Was perfect for our group.

Elise's place is really great! We were very comfortable right away. There is a large kitchen, and full dining room where we did some entertaining. And the living room is super cozy for hanging out, reading and watching movies. There happens to be a record player and a huge selection of old LP's to play which gave the place an extra vintage feeling and helped us feel even further away from the bustle and stress of city life. I highly recommend a stay at Elise's home in the Rhinecliff area.

We loved our stay at Greg's place! It was beautiful , very clean and was exactly as advertised. I reached out to him to check the proximity from his place to the event I was attending and he responded right away. Check in was easy. Having gone to Woodstock in1969, I loved his nostalgic take on it! I would definitely book again!

This stat was truly unforgettable. The home felt like a true sanctuary - peaceful, spotless, open and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. Adele was an amazing host! She went above and beyond, even leaving a thoughtful, personalized note for our anniversary, which meant a lot to us! The views were stunning, the sounds of nature were so calming, and my partner loved fishing at the lake every day. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and connection with nature. This has been my favorite trip so far, and I can’t wait to come back with friends and family to share this little piece of heaven. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

Our stay was perfect. Easy access, easy communication and lovely space tastefully designed. The location was central to all that we were wanting to explore. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the creature comforts of Jennifer's home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hana’s place during our visit to Kingston and the Hudson Valley. The communication was excellent, the place was exactly as described, and Hana’s local recommendations were great - we experienced several of them. I would highly recommend Hana as a host and her place as a great stay in Kingston.
