The iconic villa Beyaz Ev (The White House) is an ideal place for visitors expecting exclusivity and comfort, whether you're looking for a relaxing place to stay with your family or a fun place to stay with your friends for a holiday full of kiteboarding. Beyaz Ev is walking distance (15 minutes) to the Akyaka town center and the fish restaurants (such as Olta, Kordon, Orfoz, Halil'in Yeri etc.) near the Azmak River , but still in a spot offering much needed quit and calm.

It has an ideal location in Akçapınar for those who want to start the day happily with the chirping of birds and the sounds of ducks and have a peaceful holiday. We have more than 40 different fruit trees in our garden such as orange, tangerine, lemon, plum, mulberry, pear and many more.

Our trailer has 1 double bed (140x192) with a seating group for 4 people and 1 single top bed(115x192). - There is a TV,Fridge and ice dispenser. - There is a folding chair,table and a THULE AWNING. The specified price is the accommodation service with sea views in the fixed place in Akyaka. On the request, the caravan can be taken with the driver service to the desired place as an extra. The caravan is also not allowed to drive.

Across the Akyaka Azmak river, our villa is 3 min walking distance to the beach. You can enjoy a holiday away from the crowd with a barbecue area and a private pool for the villa. Our villa offers space and comfort for crowded families to enjoy a holiday in the form of two independent apartments on the ground floor 1+1 and upstairs duplex 3+1. There is no common area in our villa. (pool and barbecue area is private to the villa)
