Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

Lovely quiet place. I was there for 12 days and Faysal and his wife are lovely. Beautiful place, simple and basic but great size with lovely balconies… the pool is great and the breakfast is lovely. Faysal is a really wonderful host. He waited up for me as I was late and gave me some food as I had nothing to eat. Lovely place! Thank you

das apartment war schön, es gab einen pool . die lage war gut und ruhig ab und zu mal hat man von anderen hotels etwas lautes musik gehört aber nicht jeden tag. zum strand sind wir ca.10min gelaufen. war ok. das zimmer war schön geräumig und sauber. für die klimaanlage muss man extra wenn man es benutzen möchte zahlen. wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We would give this place 10 stars if we could. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful surroundings, the elegant decor, the large suites, the HUGE and fresh daily breakfast, and the wonderful people. The owners and staff went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We cannot wait until we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Fantastic apartments in Dalyan, central but peaceful. Gorgeous pool, clean rooms and the most friendly and helpful hosts. We will be back.

Mükemmel Bir Marmaris Tatili! 🌞 Marmaris’te geçirdiğimiz tatil harikaydı! Bölgenin neredeyse her köşesini gezme fırsatı bulduk ve her anından keyif aldık. Bu güzel tatili daha da özel kılan ise kiraladığımız ev ve ev sahibiydi. Ev hem temiz hem konforluydu, ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey düşünülmüş. Konumu sayesinde birçok yere kolayca ulaştık. Ev sahibi ise son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Tüm süreç boyunca her konuda destek oldular, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Bu güzel deneyim için teşekkür ederim. La maison était très propre et correspondait aux photos, elle est située à Turunc à 20km de Marmaris. Turunc est très calme mais il fait très très chaud même la nuit. Didar et son équipe étaient à l’écoute et gentils.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ali’s place. Ali and his family are the kindest people and we loved staying there. Ali and his wife are teachers and their teenage children help with the running of the boutique hotel over the school holidays when we were staying there. Ali and his family were great with our daughter and would help in any way they could. The little pool was great for her to play more independently too. During our stay, we wanted to watch England play in the Euro’s semi final late at night. Ali and his son came back to the hotel and looked after us with beers throughout! Ali’s place is a 10 minute walk from the main area of shops and restaurants but there are others which are closer. There’s a small shop for snacks and drinks just around the corner which was handy! Ali also took us to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had some great conversations and learnt more about the local area. You will not regret staying at Ali’s wonderful place!

Great place, location and host. Minor note: The AC is in the bedrooms only. This is easily sorted with a dip in the pool or a trip to the beach, but worth noting if that's really important to you. We had a great stay - thank you!

Many thanks to Kerem and family for a really enjoyable stay - we had a fantastic time. The location is superb and the friendly and relaxed manner of Kerem is wonderful. From arrival we felt right at home. It was our first time in Türkiye and definitely not our last time in Dalyan, we’re keen to come back. Many thanks :-)

Her şey çok güzeldi. Yer konum olarak çok iyi ulaşım çok rahat. Odalar manzara ve çalışan ekip çok güler yüzlüydü. Ekrem bey mükemmel bir insan ve çalışanlarda öyle. Hiç yabancılık çekmedik. Tekrar tekrar konaklarız.

Lüks rahat konforlu ve aşırı temiz , tek bir parmak izi bile yoktu hiç biryerde, temizliği yapan ablanın ellerine sağlık , havuz bahçede temiz ve bakımlı , dalyan uygun fiyatlı doğası da harika , ev sahibimizde kibar ve yardım severdi , bu olanakları bize sağladığı için çokça teşekkürler

Kesinlikle çok iyi insanlar tarafından yönetiliyor. Fügen hanım bizimle çok iyi ilgilendi. Sabah çay ikramları ve bir çok iyi davranışları vardı. Havuz ve diğer imkanlarda kesinlikle çok değerliydi. Soner beye ve tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Umuyoruz ki en kısa zamanda tekrar ziyaret edeceğiz.

Mustafa and his 2 staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Accommodation superb. The breakfast was excellent sitting by the river watching kingfishers, swallows and housemartins. We saw at least 5 hedgehogs after dark, owls hooting and cicadas. Mustafa organised a private boat tour with ‘Captain Sunny’ up to the lake and hot springs. We paddleboarded and swam, saw river turtles and a water snake, then karaoke and watching the sunset. A perfect afternoon. A quiet location but within walking distance to Dalyan. I could not recommend staying here more highly.

Really nice, quiet location in great surroundings. Our room had two balconies which was nice for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. A 5/10 minute walk to the main street so nice and close to restaurants, bars cafes etc. The cooking facilities are a bit limited but if you don't need to cook a 3 course meal then it isn't really a problem. The garden is big with a good size pool, sunloungers and was very quiet when we stayed. Mehmet and the team are really friendly and helpful.

Everything was just great. It was definitely worth the money. The pool is nearby, a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The Internet was very weak, but as I understand it, the active tourist part of Turkey has not yet taken care of this. There was no point in bothering the host, nothing can be done about it, fortunately we had mobile Internet. Noisy music from 9 pm to midnight in the bar under the house was very annoying, but if you walk until late, for you this will most likely not be a problem. Of course, it would be good to replace the frying pan, unfortunately, it was not possible to cook anything on it after the first unsuccessful experience, in general, this is also not a problem, since basically everything is aimed at tourists who visit restaurants nearby. The location is next to the sea, the host was always in touch and helped answering questions. A beach without hotel sun loungers can also be found nearby, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
