Nice summer house with its own entrance and garden. It is 500 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the center. In the vicinity you will find beautiful nature (beach, dunes and forest), cycling and hiking trails, nice surrounding villages and the city of Alkmaar is 8 km away. There is plenty to experience in Egmond itself. It has a lovely beach and a cozy center with a non stop holiday feeling. In summer and winter! Upon arrival, you will receive a parking card with which you can park for free.

Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house with 100 m² space. It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and about 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam central in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly 17 € for off peak time. Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals, great food and cozy atmosphere. There is free parking close to the house which is a 200 meter walk.

House of 100 years old is under the mill and is cozy and cozy. A 5-minute walk will take you to the centre of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a beautiful, large playground the “OKB”. The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and just across the house. Free parking is within walking distance. Downtown: a 5-minute walk away Beach: 30 min by bike/min 15 by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

The Old Factory “Energy neutral guesthouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2020 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale woning van 44m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Maar met een fiets kun je het beste gebruik maken van de omgeving.

We hope everyone feels comfortable in our holiday home. It is a very complete house of about 100 m2. Out of mind is very central. Easily accessible via A9 and train. The cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are within half an hour of travel. Beach is 8 km. Pets are welcome in consultation.
