We had a wonderful stay! The atmosphere in the accommodation was very pleasant – cozy, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. The exchange with the host was also absolutely smooth and very friendly. Clear recommendation!

We were in the apartment to relax from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment delivered exactly that and we were thrilled with the evening frog croaking and the bats. Always happy to come back. The apartment was excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired.

We were in the dune house for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much this time. The hosts are extremely friendly and eager, very quick in communication and proactive when there is a problem (we had no hot water in the bathroom for two days and we were proactively offered a price reduction). Great location, great view and when the construction site behind the house is finished, the perfect accommodation in Binz.

Great place to stay at. Close and in walking distance to the city center. Everything as described. Very responsive, helpful and welcoming host. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment is so clean and beautiful, furnished as in the "Hamptons", we felt very comfortable. The reception was always staffed and helpful. At night you could hear the sea rushing,the apartment is really close to the beach. Sights and restaurants, as well as beach bars are within walking distance without any problems. The place has a lot to offer,especially the Ozeaneum is recommended. Everything was available in the apartment, we slept very well in the beds. We will be happy to come back. Small note : There is a gym in the basement, even with ping pong table, here you just have to bring your trowels and balls, but that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks to Joanna and her team.

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

It was very nice...We thought it was really perfect. And would come back again and again.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all, it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Sweet, cozy and pretty cabin in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac square, fire pits, raft, beer garden,...). Nice and very open owners!

The property matched the description accurately. We were three families—six adults and four children—and the apartment, spread across two floors, offered ample space for everyone. We arrived in three cars and found plenty of public parking available directly in front of the apartment. Additionally, the host kindly offered the option to park within the property if needed. The host was accommodating and flexible, allowing for an early check-in. The beach is within walking distance, and there are several restaurants and grocery stores conveniently located nearby.

Amazing house right in the heart of the city. Super cute and comfortable. has everything and more. I loved waking up and looking out through the windows. I would come back!

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Torsten's house. The view of the lake from the terrace is great. You just walk around two corners and you're quickly at the swimming area, which is below the accommodation. The old house is extensively renovated and partly furnished with antique furniture. The large shower is great, but the bathroom is located in such a way that you have to go through one bedroom. Particularly great was the baker diagonally opposite, who has a fantastic and inexpensive selection. Torsten was always easily accessible and responded kindly to a mishap of mine. We would love to come again.

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The contact with the staff was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay! Thanks so much :)

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly hostess! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on it or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
