Very nice apartment. If I were to improve something it would be the shower cabin. The bathroom was very nice and big but the shower cabin was very tight.

We had a very nice few days. Putbus is a good starting point to explore the island. The accommodation is super clean, tastefully decorated - very spacious and the garden offers many places to relax. Matteo's tips were very helpful and he responded immediately when we had a question. We will be happy to come back.

Dirk's place is highly recommended. Apart from the excellent amenities, which lacked nothing, we were very impressed by the fitness and entertainment area (billiards, foosball, giant chess, table tennis, etc.) as well as the sauna. Everything is almost new, very well maintained and extremely quiet. Only the access to the water and swimming facilities are a little further than expected. You should definitely travel by car.

I immediately felt comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and high quality. The location of the apartment is special, right behind the dune. Many thanks to Thomas for the wonderful break on the Baltic Sea.

The apartment is really great, very clean and pretty much everything was already available. We were able to relax and do a lot in the area. Questions could be answered quickly and easily. We'll be happy to come back ;)

We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. We stayed at Villa Groth for a week in March. We enjoyed both the location and the apartment with amenities and ambience very much. In any case recommended!

We liked the stay in Ines' apartment. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a little "grandma" flair, which creates a good atmosphere. A great large bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, good beds and nice seating in the courtyard, which we could not use due to the rain. The bicycles were dry and safely housed in the carport.

The apartment is very nice/modern and furnished with attention to detail (including great pictures from the area). It is equipped with underfloor heating (tiles and parquet) everywhere and electric exterior blinds in the bedrooms. The shower was a highlight with its many features. There was everything you needed... Our kids were also happy about the toys and the garden with slide/swings. The personal check-in was flexible and the landlady very likeable. The communication was quick, very friendly and easy at all times. We are happy to recommend staying here☺️...

Michael's place was perfect for a holiday at the Szczecin Lagoon. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description and photos in the listing. In addition, it was very clean, totally spacious and especially the kitchen was excellently equipped. Feel free to come back anytime!

A great stay in the lagoon city. Beautiful area, if you arrive without a car, then you should urgently borrow a bike via bicycle Weber, otherwise the paths to the city and for shopping can get well long:)

The wellness area was a great extra and perfectly rounded off the stay. The view from the apartment was also particularly beautiful – just to feel good. WOW just WOW, the first impression is enough. Great apartment to switch off, equipped with all the items that are necessary + many other extras. Gave us the perfect feeling to feel comfortable. So you can only recommend it!!!

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfectly located. Located in a new development with a playground, a pool in the basement, a fitness room and private parking in the garage. You can walk to the beach and the center in about 10 minutes. Everything was perfect and we liked it very much. A plus is the air conditioning and the elevator to the apartment. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful view from the window is the deciding factor. Bonuses in the form of a panorama, a pool is super. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice Place and Perfect Location!

Renata's accommodation was simply breathtaking. There were four of us and we felt completely comfortable. An absolute highlight was of course the 360-degree roof terrace and the whirlpool. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Renata was very straightforward and fast. We had a fantastic stay and would be happy to come back.
