The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in just a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Please simply note in the text when making the request. The tourist tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The 23 newly renovated apartment for 1 to 4 people offers a spacious living room with double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) and south-facing balcony, as well as the bedroom with double bed, sink and south-east balcony ensure your relaxation. You dine in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious and cozy dining area and south-east balcony. There is also a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and additional large built-in closet are available.

Apart break

Our newly built and lovingly furnished apartment can accommodate up to three people on 38 m2. It is fully equipped and has a bedroom, a living area with sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. In addition, our apartment offers a terrace area and a free parking space. Our house is located at about 1300 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Arrive and feel good.
