V Piburgu je možnost stravování ve dvou restauracích - 3 minuty chůze. Lyžařský areál Hochoetz propojený s areálem Kühtai je vzdálen 2 km, do Söldenu dojedete za 30 min. nebo lze využít bezplatný skibus stavící před budovou. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.
