Very nice, bright and cozy apartment - you feel at home. The communication with Lisa was always friendly and straightforward. I'd love to come back :-)

From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on—every detail matched perfectly, and there were no surprises (except the good kind!). The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips about the area. The house itself was pristine—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and clearly well cared for. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening barbecue on the balcony, we couldn’t get enough of the scenery. What really stood out were the amenities—there were so many thoughtful touches and extras that we didn’t expect, from high-quality toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen and even soft cushions on the balcony seats that made lounging outside extra comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.

I was in the accommodation for 4 days and felt very at home from the beginning. Everything was clean and the apartment is stocked with everything you could need. The owners were super nice and responded immediately if you had a question. Gladly again 😊

Helene's place is insane. We felt right at home. The area is a dream! Helene was incredibly helpful and too quick to reach. The apartment is incredibly well equipped and much larger than in the photos. We would definitely recommend the place and will definitely be back. j Many thanks :) 😊

Very spacious apartment. Very close to bus stop if you want to travel into Innsbruck. Beautiful views out window in living area & off back deck. Kitchen was surprisingly big with lots of counter space & storage! Very easy to cook meals! Owner was great to deal with. Would recommend staying here!

The apartment is very clean and modern. We felt right at home. Jade and Ingo are great, likeable hosts. For us and our dogs, the garden and the proximity to the forest/proximity to the hiking trails were optimal. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all we had a very nice, relaxed stay and will certainly be very happy to come back.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment and amenities were as described and we didn't lack anything. The living room has a very nice view of the mountains. The communication with Lisa and Daniel was always friendly and fast. We will be happy to come back.

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed at Sören and Helen's place for a week. We wanted to hike and enjoy the nature. Our expectations were fully met. Wonderfully located on many hiking trails and in a fantastic backdrop. The place was clean and we didn't miss anything. Communication was very easy at all times, Sören and Helen were quick to respond to questions and were able to help directly. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely be happy to come back :)

We enjoyed the time in the beautiful, large and very clean apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there, and the kitchen is also excellently equipped. Eleonora answered questions in advance and greeted us nicely, we felt very comfortable. For us, the apartment was ideally located - nice and quiet, with the rippling brook in front of the door and centrally located for activities in the great area. Thanks so much for the nice week!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment! We were traveling with two small kids and it was nice to have a base outside of Innsbruck. It was very easy to get around with just a 15min walk to Hall in Tirol or just 5min to the nearest bus stop to Innsbruck. The apartment had everything we needed. The best part was undoubtedly the view! We loved to sit in the garden and eat while looking at the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06.06. to 08.06.2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, the communication was warm and uncomplicated from the beginning. The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished and exactly as described, you immediately felt comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere in the house. I can fully recommend David's accommodation and would come back anytime. Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

We felt super comfortable in the apartment. The view from the balcony to the mountains was a dream. The small but nice kitchen and especially the Senseo coffee pod machine were great! The fact that we could use the very clean, new swimming pool with sun terrace and the hotel's indoor playground provided us with parents and the children a lot of fun and holiday feeling. We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Tyrol! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and truly made our experience unforgettable. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and high-quality options, with plenty of healthy and delicious choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s spa area was a highlight—beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation.

Beautiful and functionally furnished apartment in a beautiful and well located apartment building. Mountain railways and hiking trails in walking distance. The description was completely accurate and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. We traveled with a toddler, high chair and cot were provided immediately upon request. We were very satisfied overall, thank you so much!
