Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger group (up to 30 guests). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private back sleeps a nature pool and wood-burning hot tub for about 10 persons. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking lots next to the house which of course is fully equipped in every way possible. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dalarö, Stockholm Archipelago. Calm and beautiful.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with double bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, company events or friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Watch sea eagles sail over the sea. The house is completely newly built in a modern design and is fully completed in 2024. The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
