Fully renovated cottage of 40 m2, on a hilly plot in the middle of the forest on a peninsula. 150 m from the beach on the Baltic Sea with barbecue area, meadow and sandy beach. In the cottage there is one bedroom with a family bed for two adults + one child. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can become a double bed. A bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV and Wifi are also available. Outside there are also two patios and parking spaces. The bus stop is 20 m outside the site with direct buses to Stockholm.

Welcome to a unique and modern villa perfect for the larger group (up to 30 guests). Discover magical nature with four swimming lakes within a short walk. The completely private back sleeps a nature pool and wood-burning hot tub for about 10 persons. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking lots next to the house which of course is fully equipped in every way possible. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will be staying unless you have made a different request (does not require any of you as a guest).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, tastefully renovated house. Open plan with view over the ocean. Built-in speaker system (Sonos), alarm and lighting. One bedroom has 210 cm bed, one has 180 cm bed and one has 90 cm as well as loft with 90 cm bed & private balcony. High, quiet location. Large heated pool, hot tub and large decks. Close to the sea, private jetty, lakes, nature and castle environment. 10 min walk takes you to various buses that take you to central Stockholm. Ample parking on the plot.

The house is modernly decorated, with bright colors & large sliding glass sections that open up the living room to the lounge area on the 40m2 large terrace. The terrace is in the best location with sun during the afternoon and evening. Within a few minutes walking distance is Albysjön & the nearest sandy beach. The villa area in which the house is located is located on a half-dede - very scenic and bordered by nature reserves. So the accommodation is perfect for those looking for a relaxing stay.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

The houses (two) is located with a fantastic 180 degrees view over the archipelago of Stockholm and near the lovely rocks and the small cozy beach. You'll love the place because of the nature, sea eagles, sunsets, sunrises, moonlight reflecting in the sea, location, and atmosphere. walks. The accommodation suit families, solo adventurers, business travelers. Totally accessible for 8 people in the both houses. (4 people in each house) also a smaller kitchen in the smaller house.
