Family-friendly holiday rentals in Tyler

Very peaceful and beautiful place, my family and I enjoyed it so much, my 70 old father and the adult grandkids said that is the new family vacation spot for summers when we go to visit our daughter. Very rustic, but well taken care of property. My dad loved the coffee they provided.

What the listing doesn't say is that this is a GREAT FISHING place!! We caught lots of catfish, bass, crappie, and some perch. it was very quiet, which was odd for such a fantastic place. This is a hidden gem! We will be returning. Hands down ... FANTASTIC!

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place!!! This house was gorgeous and very well-kept! The owners thought of everything that travelers may need. They also had various snacks, movies, and games for the children. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The owners have bird feeders up, so it was really nice getting to see all the birds flying around the backyard. There were so many beautiful cardinals and we saw 1 blue jay. Stephanie and Jan were such friendly and amazing people! Whatever we needed, they always answered quickly. The home was very comfortable and we had such a good stay! We were even allowed to have visitors! Most of the Airbnbs that we have stayed at did not allow visitors, so it was nice to be able to have our family over. We will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful getaway. We enjoyed our stay in the family cabin. The beds were very comfortable and there’s a nice back deck to sit on that’s enjoyable for morning coffee or a nice evening.

The cabin was wonderful. Theresa, our host, was amazing! Our company came into Texas to restore power, and the guys absolutely love the quiet cabin after a long days work!

This was a great place to stay! The home and property were beautiful and in a very peaceful location. The weekly cleaning service was amazing for our group. Kathy and Jeff were very helpful and communicative as well. I would recommend being hosted by them to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous property. Super cute decor. Beautiful lake. Remodeled well. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Nice linens. Everything you need. We had a couple things that needed attention and Kim was great. Highly recommend this property and host.

The place was very beautiful and the house reminded me of my grandparents home when I was a little girl. It was very nostalgic for me. The only issue that I had was getting the electric fence turned off. I didn't know exactly where to look and it was late in the evening when I arrived. But once I called Paula, everything was perfect. Great place....Great host....Great experience.

Beautiful property. House is gorgeous. Lake view is amazing. Overall, have very few complaints about my stay. The only things I will note is there seemed to be an excessive amount of spiders by the house and ants in the yard. (I know it’s right by the water, makes sense, so not a huge complaint but one worth noting) Very much enjoyed our stay, definitely would consider returning again.

Reisa was a great host. I needed a place to stay with visiting family taking up all rooms. Right down the street and I will be a return visitor.

Beautiful, private, wooded surroundings. House isn’t fancy but it’s clean & well maintained. Really feels nice. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working but we didn’t mind, still got some cell service. Very quiet and rural feeling but close to amenities in Mineola.

Great location, great dock, very clean, everything we needed in kitchen and other supplies. This was our second of hopefully many visits

The Cottage in Frankston is the perfect getaway to simply relax and fish! The private pond is well maintained with big bass, catfish, and crappie. The water is deep enough to fish from the dock or boat. There is a convenient fish-cleaning table out back. My husband enjoyed seeing a beaver swim around while he fished. The cottage was well-stocked and super clean. Shelle is an wonderful, caring host who went out of her way to accommodate us. She even contacted us before we arrived to offer an early check-in. That was a first for us because we had not asked. We highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

It’s always great visiting Music Springs. I’m a regular for 7 years now. Escape the city life and enjoy nature here.

Jannette was very responsive and was able to accommodate our group last minute. She also was very kind to take photos of some things I left back after check out. Their stay is perfect for a family wanting to get out of the city. She has plenty of great amenities for kids especially. And we were visited by a very sweet, unobtrusive, white fluffy dog. (I’m an animal person) so I gave her lots of pets. Thank you Jannette!

Hollie was a great host. She responded to my inquiries quickly. We enjoyed her place on the lake. Very peaceful place to relax and reconnect with family. Enjoy bird watching on the back patio while watching the lake. I would highly recommend this location if you want a nice quiet place to relax. Tammy
