Townhome holiday rentals in Tybee Island

Although it was just an overnight trip on our way to the Outer Banks Jan's house was very homey. She provided all the essentials and then some 😃 I recommend her place for others!

The location was picture perfect. I took my teenage daughter and her friends for a concert. The location was a mile from downtown and all the restaurants and a mile from the concert location. We were able to walk to Saturday brunch and a quick drive to her concert which was the only time in the 48 hours we were there that I had to move the car! I loved that I didn’t have to worry about on-street parking with this property. We felt totally safe and I even got a jog in Thursday morning while the girls slept. The value for what you are getting is very hard to match- I priced out 2 hotel rooms + parking and this Airbnb is a steal for what downtown hotels are charging. Also the set up was perfect for us and the beds were as comfortable as a 4-star hotel. Without hesitation, I would choose to stay here again!

Janet's little cottage was lovely. Everything was clean, cottage was super cute. The entire area including to downtown and riverfront was walkable. There is a free bus service that runs north to south and east to west, if walking 20k steps in a day isn't your thing. Area was quiet, friendly neighbors, easy and accessible parking. This cottage is very, very small inside. I would not recommend more than one couple and maybe one child. Very close quarters but also very comfortable. Bed mattresses were very squishy. Back patio was a little slick when rainy. We really enjoyed this visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariann's condo. We immediately fell in love with the peaceful courtyard. The inside was charming, roomy, comfortable and very well equipped. Being just steps away from beautiful Forsyth Park gave us the best of both worlds. We'd love to come and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and we were easily able to connect with our SCAD graduate since we were so close to her dorm.

Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!

Brandi was such a great host, gave us so many recommendations when we requested it. The location was great the place was so clean and updated. We rented bikes which the bike rental company dropped off and picked up. Everything was so easy and enjoyable. I plan to come back again! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Powell’s place was amazing from start to finish. Gorgeous! Quietest location I have ever stayed at in Savannah! Easy walk to the river and to Forsyth. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, three FULL bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our long weekend trip. Powell was quick and easy to communicate with. Nothing but a great experience all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lyon’s house. Rayssa was very helpful with recommendations and any issues we had. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Great location and beautifully decorated.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Savannah! It was exactly as described—lovely, spacious, and incredibly peaceful. Each of the bedrooms was so comfortable that everyone in my family had restful, uninterrupted sleep each night. The house had such a warm, inviting feel that we truly enjoyed spending time there in between our adventures around the city. It was the perfect place to unwind after walking and exploring all that Savannah has to offer. The home was very well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout, and the location was ideal—quiet, yet convenient to everything. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Host was very responsive and proactive at times. The home was very clean and well decorated. Our families really enjoyed the atmosphere presented and had a great night of family games on the dining room table. The featured brand-new appliances and modern features and the neighbors were wonderful. Great area and fit the needs for our weekend. We really enjoyed staying here. Laura was very communicative and kindly offered an early check in. She was quick to top up our supply of dish soap. The location is great: close to a grocery store and the park. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars nearby.

Clean place. Exactly as described. Comfortable beds. Check in process was easy and Pam was so responsive and accommodating. The location was amazing. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and a grocery store close by. The parking spot was a huge plus. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay, everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We spent so much time on the back deck, watching golfers and the numerous turtles in the creek. We had zero issues during our stay, but even so Mary Kay was so friendly and responsive, reaching out just to check in to make sure everything was going good. This would absolutely be my first choice to stay when we visit HH again.

We had a fantastic week at Tina’s. We traveled with our toddler and her place is stocked with all kinds of things that made the stay so convenient, including a crib, eating utensils and chair, and plenty of toys. The unit is about a 5-10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach which was also very convenient. The location on the island is perfect - hidden away from traffic, yet so close to everything. Some elements of the unit are a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Tina’s check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly easy and she was very communicative throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend Tina’s property to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Hilton Head Island!!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very well appointed and clean. The only suggestion would have been to let me know in advance that they were not going to provide the entry key until the day of our arrival. Highly recommend renting this unit.

Amazing stay! Only positive things to say about this place. Everything was very thought out and felt like the place had everything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into the place. Definitely would stay again in the future!

We were extremely happy with everything, from the very central and private location in the historic district to the comfort and amenities of this beautiful home. It is obvious that our host, Donna, has experience and pays attention to detail. Communication was great and she offered on target recommendations. We would definitely return for a return visit!

We had an amazing stay for a group of 4 guys staying 3 nights for a golf and beach trip. You can't ask for a better location near Coligny, the beach is walkable, and Rob provided all of the amenities you could expect (and then some) from a high-quality beach vacation rental. We'd definitely stay here again.

I did a four day vacation with my adult daughter to reconnect without husbands or children and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay!! The duplex was immaculate and so close to almost everything we wanted to visit. We didn’t need to rent a car, we just took the DOT bus or Ubered to where we wanted to go. Marcus was very accommodating to any request we had and I will definitely stay here when I come back to Savannah!!! 5 stars & would definitely recommend!!!
