Had a great stay - it is a great old place which is comfortable and has all amenities. Zafiris is a great host- gave us lots of tips on places to go which we followed and had great food all week. He was very flexible on check out which was really helpful.There are two bathrooms and a TV which aren't mentioned in the description. Would definitely recommend.

Efi was a wonderful host. Always responsive. Helped organise airport/ferry transfers for us. Provided a generous welcome pack and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The house itself was amazing so spacious and full of character, but with a modern well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The location was perfect - in the old town, but away from the really touristy areas. The crown in the jewel was the amazing roof terrace with its fabulous views over the old town and out to sea. Highly recommend.

Mixalis is a wonderful host. Friendly, accommodating and very responsive to our questions. He organised pickup from the airport and drop off to the ferry terminal. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Rhodes and would hope stay again if we get back. Thank Mixalis.

The house is located very nicely with everything just a short walk away. The surroundings are beautiful. The host answers all questions quickly and thoroughly, and is always just a message away. The house itself was clean and pretty. Showers, stove and other necessities worked perfectly. The only "issue" we had with our stay was lack of garbage bags, toilet paper and pods for the dishwasher. However the host apologized for this and the inconvenience didn't affect our trip or our stay in the house. Very nice!

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

Everything was perfect for us. We like walking so the location was great. Close to the market. Plenty of sheets, pillow cases and towels so we could change and wash them. Host and his Mum very helpful and friendly. Garden and pool area very nice, kept clean and tidy during our stay. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend the Villa and host. Our host took time out to come and meet us in person. Thankyou very much

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Fatih and Mr. Tamer for their interest. It is a house where families with children can easily stay. They helped us in every matter with a smiling face. We felt like we were at home. The materials in the house were sufficient. It is 5 minutes by car from the center of Dalyan. You can meet all your needs. It was a holiday that I was extremely satisfied with. I have learned a place that I will always consider staying.

8 friends, we had a great time. The neighbors and the village people were very friendly. When 8 people came out on the road we went out with 6 people, the host Mr. Aydin helped us a lot. First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️

This home was beautiful and unique with great decor. Great location in the heart of old town. The house is spread over three floors with two bedrooms on the second floor and the third bedroom up top. The host was very kind to provide coffee and tea in the house as well as bottled water in the fridge.

Everything was very nice, thank you very much, he took care of us immediately in case of need. The location is very good, right in the center, only 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, everything is very nice, my only advice to future friends is that finding a parking space is a bit difficult, but the host informed us in advance, my advice is that it is more logical to come by bus.

Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

I would definitely recommend it to a friendly host. It is 1-2 streets away from the bars street in the center and it was very easy and comfortable to reach nice places when you leave the house.
