We were delighted to stay there. Michael was so kind as to provide us with the necessary information from beginning to end. The house is in a lively neighborhood where you can find lots of restaurants that serve delicious food. It is also quite close to the Elli beach and Enidrio beach. It is approximately 15-minute walk to the Old Town. We didn’t have any problems with moving around with our 1-year old daughter. The house is satisfactorily clean and the kitchen is equipped with all the tools and utensils so that you can cook with ease. In short, we left the house and Rhodes with good memories. Highly recommended!

A 5 star review means I would absolutely stay here again. Definitely book. The terrace is amazing in every way. The view is incredible. Shower head is both handheld and rain. Good pressure and plenty of hot water. Washing machine was great and outdoor area for air drying is perfect. Comfortable bed and good storage for clothes. Small refrigerator but adequate for our needs. We did not cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked including oil, vinegar, spices. Street parking was not an issue, but it was early season (mid-May). Not sure ease in high season. A car was helpful, but location is great for walking to old town, new town, Elli beach, aquarium, Mandraki Harbor, etc. With a car, highly recommend visit to Farma Rhodes! Visit Bee Museum, great products. Best restaurant is Tuscano A Tavola, a short walk away. If you have to work, the wi-fi may be an issue. The area felt very safe and the place is very private on the roof of a building. Grocery stores nearby. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. The location could not be more convenient. Close to everything in Old Town. Yet it's on a quiet street where you don't hear all the night life. Stavros and his dad were very hospitable during my stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous spot, minutes to beach, less than 10 minutes to old town and next to great restaurants. Supermarket next door. Fabulous balcony, great shower. Mihail was quick to respond to any questions we had and helped us book our taxi on departure. Would recommend

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful but accessible part of the old town. The apartment was well equipped, large, extremely comfortable bed and an outside area which was shaded from the hot sun for many parts of the day. Michael was such a responsive and helpful host. He met us despite a late arriving flight and he arranged a port transfer for us on leaving. The perfect host and a perfect place for exploring the old town

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

Perfect and very well-equipped apartment, ideal location in the heart of the city and close to everything. Perfect communication and what is rare of double sheets and towels, very well-equipped kitchen. Very nice small balcony

Savvas was a wonderful host and his apartment was perfect. It was spotless, even more impressive and spacious than the photos suggest, and in a great location! It’s a short walk to the old town, and in the middle of a thriving residential area, with great restaurants and cafes nearby which aren’t tourist traps. Despite this being right on your doorstep, it’s very quiet- especially at night. Savvas was a very responsive and helpful host. Also, I worked from the apartment for 3 days during our stay, and had no issues whatsoever. The WiFi was super fast. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again, or recommending it to friends.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the host was incredibly friendly and communication was clear and swift. The place feels like a small sanctuary in the city with its courtyard - very peaceful. Place was spotless - couldn’t recommend enough.

Super host. Very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was as described and located in a nice central location. Good restaurants, bakery, and grocery around the corner. Six minute walk to the beach and 12 minutes to the old town. Will stay here again.

A house in the heart of the entertainment, a few minutes away from the beach. We had a lot of fun. There is a sound at night, but it ends at 1. The noise didn't bother us because we arrived home late. Thank you for everything. They always helped

Mert and his aunt who helped us during our stay were very friendly and responsive hosts. The place was fully equipped and some missing items provided immediately. The supermarket is very close within a 5 minute walk. And beach is also very close but you should definetely visit other beaches around Marmaris and Datça as well.

Mr. Murat and his team were extremely kind and caring. The house is convenient and has a great view. It is definitely recommended for a Marmaris holiday.

It was a great stay! Everything was clean, location was good and the communication with Daniela was fast and efficient.

Stayed at Casa Del Sol whilst on a long weekend in Rhodes. The accommodation is very beautiful, clean and conveniently located just outside the old town. Sebastian, the care taker is very responsive and went out of his way to provide everything and make us feel like at home. Manolis, the owner was also very friendly and happy to assist. We also had the jacuzzi outside of the room which made the vacation now special. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a great place to stay and value for money in a restored property with character.

Very spacious villa and a clean & large pool. The host was really attentive to our needs and provided us with satellite TV and WiFi modem on demand. Location wise, it is a bit uphill and 10 min walk away from the beach.

The apartments is very comfortable, clean and has much more useful amenities then you can expect. The location is great, right next to the old town. Maria is one of the best host I ever met via Airbnb. She is very attentive, gives great local tips. You can trust her in any situation. I'm a Airbnb host myself and gonna learn from her example how you can always enrich your hosting experience.

This apartment is definitly that, what I imagined to stay in. Very central and still calm located. Perfect occasion to discover the harbour of Marmaris. Kevin is a really respectful and polite person. You feel automatically home. Thanks Regards Ekrem
