We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. We were particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness – everything was sparkling clean, well-maintained and lovingly prepared. You feel immediately welcome and comfortable. The villa is not only tastefully furnished, but also ideally located: the beach is only a few minutes away, which is especially convenient for relaxing days by the sea. At the same time, the city is also within easy reach - ideal if you want to take a stroll, go out for a meal or go shopping. Another highlight was the private pool: clean, pleasantly tempered and perfect for cooling off and relaxing – a real plus! The combination of tranquility, comfort, proximity to the beach and proximity to the city makes this accommodation truly special. We can recommend it without restrictions and will be happy to come back!

Kayaköy is a hidden gem looked after and deeply cared for by the locals. Few more so than Ozgur and family. They are a special bunch, warm and welcoming, present and helpful, living and loving life earnestly everyday. Yellowstone is just as beautiful of a home. Cosy, homely, peaceful and secure, the home and farm is the ideal getaway equipped with everything you need to relax and take in all that Kaya has to offer. This is without a shadow of doubt one place we’re super excited to visit again and again. Thanks so much for a memorable experience 🫶 P.S. Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

The house was clean and nice. It was very comfortable to have the toilet and bathroom in both rooms. We had a problem with the water but they came and solved the problem as we called.

The house is in a very nice place in Eski Datça. If you want a slightly more tranquil vacation, this is a private space for you. The garden and pool were very nice. It was very close to very nice places in Old Datca. It was not very close to the center but it took 6-8 minutes by taxi. The only thing missing from the house was WiFi, in my opinion, everything from its cleanliness to its facilities and its calmness to its decoration was very good

Absolutely beautiful place, it looked even better when arriving at the place. Good location, and the host was amazing and very responsive in communication. Any thing I needed to ask, he replied straight away. No problems with our stay. We both loved our time there. Would stay again

It was a house with a very good comfort area, everything was thought out, we left very happy, they gave us a pleasant holiday with the view on the terraces, you made us very happy with your fresh village eggs in the morning

We stayed an amazing 3 nights, absolutely breathtaking views and the perfect setting for 2 South Aficans who was happy to have a braai (BBQ) every evening. Both Ozguhan and Jale was a dream to communicate with and checked in with us daily to make sure we where fine or if we needed anything. Anything and everything you can think of was available to us, we didnt need to supply anything except our own food and drink. We where also welcomed with complimentary snacks and drinks. We had an Unexpected electricity outage on the last day, but dont fear when Jale is near. She organized a cozy nook for us at a local cafe where we had a wonderful Turkish breakfast and recharged before heading to the airport. I will Definitely be back !

It was nice but House needs a little refresh , didn't work The bathtub in the bathroom kitchen furniture and accessories need new. A washing machine to replace a complete very old overall very pleasant house hot tub too much chlorine and doesn't work well

Pictures do not do this listing justice, what views, what a property. To top it off Nazim made us feel so welcome and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. We will not soon forget our time here and hope to visit again in the near future.

Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

We had the most amazing stress free and relaxing stay and that was all thanks to the amazing Villa Titanic team. They went over and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and as described. The team went over and beyond in every aspect from organising our airport transports, our daily transport to and from our activities, even recommending activities to do locally. They were very responsive from our initial booking, amendments to booking and even accommodating with extending our checkout very last minute. We enjoyed the surprise cake for our hen do. Ali was absolutely lovely and our chef Jana was an absolute sweetheart. I would 1000% recommend this villa for anyone looking to book. Whilst it was a bit far from the town centre, as mentioned previously, transport was agreed before hand so it made travelling to our various activities a breeze! Thank you once again!!

We stayed here for a week and honestly would have stayed longer if it had been available—it was that good! Nestled in the woods, the house offered total peace and quiet, with a stunning view that we enjoyed every single day. It felt like a true escape into nature. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and really well equipped. We especially loved the sweet cats on the property—they were friendly and made the place feel even more welcoming. Akyaka itself is such a lovely place—charming, relaxed, and surrounded by natural beauty. Whether we were exploring the area or just relaxing on the terrace, everything about our stay was perfect. We’re so grateful for this experience and would absolutely love to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

I think the best part is that you can leave the house, jump into the boat, and paddle from the stream to the sea. It would be great if the pillows were a little softer. Everything is clean, rooms, bathroom, kitchen... There are restaurants in the back, you can walk to the grocery store and restaurant. Great quiet environment. Sometimes there can be flies. I recommend that you keep a fly repellent with you. It's a situation that is common everywhere. Ayhan, I am very interested, if there is something missing, he solves it instantly. Everyone was friendly, we enjoyed it a lot. We didn't realize when the 5 days were over. It's 20 minutes from the city. It is also a great location, very close to other Marmaris villages. We enjoyed making the right decision. Thanks again...

The villa was great, the location was easy to find, clean, and welcoming at check-in.The inside of the villa is superb with lawns, greenery, decorations etc and the swimming pool is fresh.The host was very friendly, very patient, forgot something to the villa, the landlord helped send it back.Worth recommending, I will recommend to my friends.

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

I planned a marriage proposal for my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank brother Brigade and Tufan brother. Everything was so beautiful and meaningful, the time and amenities we spent in the house were great. Cleanliness was very important to us. we had a nice holiday in a clean weather without being overwhelmed on hot days. The pool landscaping was very stylish and beautiful. I just didn't like the bed being two separate beds, it would be much better if there was a double bed. My eyes looked for a full-length mirror as a lady in the house. I had the opportunity to reach the host via whatsap at any time, the hair dryer was broken and immediately given a new one. Overall, it was a holiday that I liked. See you again🥰

The place is nice, location is great. There is a private beach, swimming pool for adults and kids. Kid swimming pool includes slopes and play ground. The apartment is spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable. It is easy to accommodate a family of 6 people. If you use a car, there is Migros or Carrefour 5-6 min ride close, which is very convenient.

Thanks to Ms. Derya, she was very interested. The house is already enormous. You feel at home. A house where you can sleep uninterrupted after the enjoyment of the patio and garden, and the desire to wake up early in the morning and start the day. We had a great 2 days with my husband and dog. On the last day, they also made the last peace of mind with the lemons ripped from the garden and given them :) Highly recommend. Thank you again.
