Our stay in Datca was extremely enjoyable. The check-in process was very easy and smooth; the host was communicative and helpful. The interior of the house was spotless as seen in the photos and had all the essentials that could be needed. The kitchen had plenty of equipment needed to prepare meals, which made the stay much more comfortable. The location of the house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, very close to the center of Datça and the sea. In terms of ventilation, the house was spacious and cool, especially for the summer. Overall, it was a comfortable and well thought out stay that we were quite satisfied with. We would definitely like to come back.

Şükrü’s place is very comfortable and has great views. Communication with Şükrü was great. Apartment was clean. Shower head in the bathroom doesn’t work but we let the caretaker know. I recommend this place as its close to shops, sea, marina, bars and restaurants.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

I have to say that the apartment has a spectacular view but you have to climb many stairs and it is not recommended for people with difficulties to mobilize. luckily a gentleman helped me to bring my luggage and the taxi driver to lower it. Enes responds quickly to messages ideal for young people or fitness. otherwise it is very well located in a very commercial area. Best of all, the harbor view i found it very clean.

Friendly and available host. Listing is as described. We were a family of two adults and two young children. The garden and pool are a plus. The children enjoyed feeding the cats. It felt like home. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed. Close to the city center of Fethyie, but far from the crowds to rest and be quiet. I recommend this accommodation for a stay in this area

The appartment is a short walk to local shopping mall and bus station, you can get anywhere from there. you can as well take a long walk to the seashore (around 20 minutes). the apt itself is superclean, quite spacious and looked after. the hosts are supernice people, they are always there for you but only if needed , which is the best! thanks for our wonderful stay! highly recommended!

The house is located in the center, there is food downstairs, if Chinese people who are not used to Turkish food, turn right out of the door, there is a pasta place, I forgot the name, anyway, turn right out of the door and walk a little to the right.The host responded promptly and helped me with the car rental.Thank you,🙏🏻 but I suggest that it would be better to replace the hair dryer with a new one, the wire is always broken and it is prone to accidents.

Since we left early on the first day, Mr. Ali helped us to leave our belongings at home. The house was as it appeared in the photos, very clean. Its location is very good, very close to the marina and the street of bars. We stayed three people, the house was quite sufficient. Only because it was so close to the street of bars, the music was quite loud at night. This was not a problem for us, but those who go can also consider this.

After 22 years, I returned to Datça with my family, and it felt like coming home. Mr. Utku Kaymak welcomed us with genuine warmth and positivity, making our stay truly special. The accommodation is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful environment, quality time with family, proximity to the sea, friendly neighbors, and the opportunity for delightful discoveries. Really nice and clean apartment felt very homly, very comfy bed, liked the 3 balconys as you can choose to sit in the sun or the shade, its also very quiet considering its in such a busy part of town, overall was a lovely place too stay and would definitely stay there again.

The host was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He responded in the shortest possible time. Since we were in Fethiye for the first time, he also gave us a lot of information about where to go, where the best beaches are or what the sights are. The apartment is in a quiet location, but you can easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets and small shops. Everything was as described and as in the photos. We had a very nice time in this accommodation and would recommend it.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to everything you might need. In fact, the super host Mr. Oktay and his wife are very good people. They are very friendly and kind people. They constantly asked about our requests. The house was very clean, you can stay with peace of mind, we stayed 7 people and we were very comfortable. We experienced the peace of staying in our own home. Its rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room are very useful. A place where we can stay again at the first opportunity.

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this beautiful place. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, featuring a lovely jacuzzi upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned, which adds to the comfort. The location is excellent: just a 6-7 minute walk to the big park and about 15 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The only thing we missed was a microwave, as we’re used to having one. However, Furkan was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and always replied quickly to any questions we had, which made everything super easy and stress-free. He helped with us out with car rental, airport transfer, new gas for the kitchen, etc. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.
