Great location and only a 10-15 min drive to most places on the island. Great place to stay if you’re looking to unwind and truly relax - no partying or loud music at all which is appreciated. Ditch the resorts, save your money (because TCI is very expensive) and keep your peace of mind by staying here. This place has everything you need and the owner is responsive and helpful.

The location was excellent. We had a rental car and was able to drive to most of our dinner reservations and excursions within 5 minutes. Snorkeling and the beach were super accessible and within walking distance. The place looks exactly like the pictures but in my personal opinion, the pictures didn’t do the place justice. The host is very kind and super responsive. Our stay here was worth it and would love to stay again on our next visit. I highly recommend this property to future guest.

My husband and I stayed at Pamela and Paul's place for a week long stay and it was our first time visiting the island. The host was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Check in process was easy and the host provided detailed instructions on how to get to their place from the airport which was great. We wanted to be away from crowds so this place was perfect. The condo was clean, bed is very comfortable, pools are amazing, and beach in walking distance. The host provides a binder with local recommendations which was nice. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE. I would recommend renting a car to explore this beautiful island. You are a short drive to just about everywhere but there are also plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We felt extremely safe here and LOVED everything about this place. ❤️

We were a bit apprehensive about booking because some folks said it was too remote, too hard to get too, there was too much beach grass / seaweed. If you want to go out to dinner/bars/clubs frequently, not the place for you. if you want to walk to restaurants or coffee shops or boutiques, nope. If you want to relax and look out at the most beautiful blue-green water you've ever seen, have a huge resort-like pool, be able to swim in stretches of beach where you can't see another soul, have paddle boards and kayaks at your disposal, eat breakfast on your balcony, cook in your well-stocked kitchen, relax with your family in plenty of space, see sea turtles and pelicans, chat with other guests (or not, as you choose), pop into the grill for a cocktail, maybe some grilled mahi mahi, and grab the Scrabble board... If you want to walk, and walk, and walk and just listen to the waves and admire the water... If you want to wake up and open your eyes and see the sea, this is it!!!

Excellent location if you want to get away from busy Provo. The cottage is located right on the beach and a two-beer walk from an awesome Beach side bar and restaurant named Barracuda. We ate here each night; great food, drinks, with a friendly bartender. Not sure how it occurs, but could watch the sunrise and sunset from the beach. Warm water, firm beach, easy to walk. The cottage was clean, simple and comfortable. The local host was responsive and provided excellent recommendations for day excursions. Toward the end of the stay, we didn't venture out but rather enjoyed our unique, private setting. Highly recommend late May as it is offseason. We would definitely return.

Amazing!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Incredible peaceful vibe from check in to check out! The unit was spacious, had open & airy breezes, immaculate, comfortable and had everything you needed, yet with ZERO clutter. Tasteful beachy contemporary feel to the condo! The ocean/beach views from every room & window were beautiful & sunsets off the balcony were breathtaking. The hosts?…you can’t find better! We were greeted with a beautiful warm welcome & smiles throughout our stay!! Ginny arranged our golf cart & taxi, left their doors open should we need anything while still making us feel like we were alone & had the entire property to ourselves to enjoy!! Ginny & Tom also gave us great recommendations & we could not have felt safer!! We had a wonderful stay at Lucy and Nathan's place. It was just as described and as others have noted, looks even better in person. We had everything we could possibly need including a kitchen with spices. The location is private and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The ocean view is beautiful and waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning was amazing. Unfortunately I became sick during our stay and Lisa was helpful and always available to answer questions. I ended up needing to be seen at the ER of the local hospital and I received excellent care. It was nice to have a comfortable place to recover. I cant think of a single negative thing and I highly recommend booking this place if available and if you are looking for peace and quiet. While the beach there isnt conducive to swimming there are other beaches close by. We had no trouble finding places to eat and there is a grocery store very close. I would advise getting the golf cart instead of a car.

Enjoyed my stay and the location is perfect.

The house was amazing!! It was a perfect amount of space for 2 couples. The location was perfect to the fish fry (11m walk/2 m drive) , beaches and many of the restaurants and lounges. We were within walking distance but chose to drive since we rented a car. The house was spotless and the pool was free most of our stay. Karen was very responsive when needed. The house has all the amenities you need as far as linens, beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella dishes, cookware, food storage containers etc. There was a grocery store less than a 7 minute drive away that had everything you would possibly need. The house had salt and pepper only so if you want additional seasonings you would need to purchase or bring with you. We had reservations at Blue Water and Aziza (10 minute drive) and both were great, atmosphere was 100 and food was delicious. I can go on and on about the property. Just book it!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Keno is an exceptional super host. I have been staying at the same place for 5 years, in part because of Keno and the comfort we have that it will come together. He is always responsive and gets the job done. Its Turks & Caicos so its a foreign country and its nice to have someone who is dependable and accountable. He is with a doubt an exceptional host.

Hisham’s Rental was perfect for my friends and I. His rental had all the amenities of home and made it feel very cozy. He even had beach chairs and an umbrella to take down by the beach. We loved spending time at the pool and used our screened in porch daily. Hisham and his team were very responsive and helped set up arrangements to/from airport and someone responded back within 24 hours of any communication. Even from the beginning of the Airbnb booking. Great communication. The location of the apartment is a short walk to the beach and other resort restaurants. We didn’t have or need a car for our visit. I would highly recommend and suggest Hisham’s rental to anyone interested in visiting Grace Bay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview! The location was amazing, right on grace bay and a 2 minute walk to the grace bay club that has amazing restaurants! Easy drive to a grocery store and more restaurants. The Grandview is super family friendly and the condo is spacious, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return!

We had a fantastic week on North Caicos. The condo was very comfortable and clean. We’ll be back!

Nathan’s place was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and fresh, stocked with essential items as mentioned in the post. Even spices were available in the cabinet, eliminating the need to buy them for cooking. The restaurants within walking distance were pleasant. Although we regretted missing lobster season, that’s not Nathan’s fault. Haha! The beach was breathtaking, and we were grateful for the beach-friendly amenities provided while we didn’t use them, knowing Nathan had equipped the place for it sets it apart from others. Don’t forget the onsite pool! It’s a great place to relax when you’re not in the mood for the beach. Lastly, the screened-in porch was a welcome respite from the mosquitos. Be sure to bring repellent, as they were quite persistent during our stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed Nathan’s place. We will be returning here!! 20/10.

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and this condo was in a great location. Walkable to many great spots for shopping and eating. We also rented a car, which was definitely worth it to check out more of the island. The condo was clean and comfortable, everything you needed in the kitchen, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap in the main bath. Our boys loved having their own space, and I loved the screened porch for relaxing with a book and a cup of tea. The pool and landscaping is lovely and well maintained. The beach is a quick walk and beach chairs and towels provided. Everyone on the island is friendly and offers great suggestions for what to do during your visit! Thanks for sharing your home!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. The location was excellent with the beach at Rickie’s just a few blocks away and a short drive to shops, restaurants and beaches. Jana was very warm and informative. She was very proactive in her communication and arranged to meet us at the rental unit for check in and check out. Beds were firm and very comfortable, furniture was all in good condition and the place is nicely decorated. The showers had hot water and good water pressure. The AC worked fine. Overall we had a wonderful time at Darcy’s Place and highly recommend this home.
