Sarah’s was a good place to stay in North Caicos. It’s located within a 5 min drive to restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets. You’re also less than a five minute walk to be on the beach. We did have some issues with the TV not operating correctly. Which isn’t a big deal since we didn’t go to N. Caicos to watch movies. But it’s nice to be able to keep up with big events occurring as you’re getting ready in the morning. When we brought it to the attention of Dedrie and Sarah, they tried to make it right, but that’s technology for you. Sarah always did a good job of responding when I contacted her about anything. I give a thumbs up if you’re needing a place to stay while visiting North or Middle Caicos.

We enjoyed our stay at South Fleeteood. It was no frills but a fantastic home base for our adventures. We aren’t the resort experience seekers. We love to have great central location to explore our vacation destinations, so this place was exactly what we hoped for. The walk to the beach was very easy. There are no “supplies” provided, like sandwich bags, salt & pepper, kitchen foil, etc. which is fine but knowing that we would have probably packed a few miscellaneous items in our checked bag so we didn’t have to purchase full containers of such things upon arrival.

The Efficiency at South Fleetwood is an idyllic place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet and the fabulous Grace Bay beach. The appartment may not be spacious but as the name suggests it has everything you need with an efficient use of space. The terrace is a great place to relax. The main supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops of Grace Bay are a 10min walk away either along the road or the beach. Ample secure parking onsite. We really enjoyed our weeks stay.

T&C is expensive and I don't have much to compare, but I have a feeling that if and when I come back I would strongly consider staying here again. it's very peaceful and I would rather stay in Long Beach Bay than Grace Bay. You're about 12 minutes by car from the grocery store and restaurants, but the area is more secluded and natural. Long Bay Beach doesn't have waves so it's better for kite surfing, jet skis, and paddleboarding. It's a beautiful area!

Great place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and secluded! Just what we were looking for. Very clean and well kept. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub on premise along with a restaurant/bar. Music on Friday night. Great atmosphere! We loved it!

The check in can be a bit tricky, but once we finally made it to the Lodgings Hotel to check in everything else went smoothly. The place is EXACTLY has shown and described as well as super clean. They also did an amazing job on the outdoor landscape, private, calm, peaceful and beautifully done. You are walking distance, not only to an amazing beach but to all downtown attractions and restaurants. My husband and I are divers and it was so nice to jump in the pool after a long day of diving! If you just need a quick get away without spending an arm and a leg, this is the place! P.S. We had an issue with the shower and we called Solie around 9pm and within 15 mins someone was there to fix it! Can't even get that kid of service here in the states!! So, thank you!!

We loved this townhome! It is really spacious, updated and clean. The beds were really comfortable too - nice sheets, pillows, and mattress.
