First of all: Francesco´s sister Emanuela took care of us, as Francesco himself was unavailable. She was very lovely, friendly and is a kind of a person with lots to tell! Communication with her was quick, easy and helpful. She gave very good recommendations whick we followed (like having a Bicerin in Turino, or going to Ristorante Defilippi in Bussolino). As our kids really liked her, we saw her a couple of times, which was amazing. The condo (Villa matches better) and the mansion are a kind of its own - the location is awesome, the house is incredible, the interior speaks its own design language, and still it is cozy as hell. Francesco has a very unique taste for items far off the standard and the best is - he shares that with the people. We enjoyed the stay very much, as well as our kids - the pool and the table soccer have drawn their attention significantly ;)

Very close walking distance from Porto Nuovo train station and had supermarket and pharmacy nearby, as well as many good restaurants and gelaterias. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of the old part of the city and the Egyptian Museum and luxury shops. Very pleasant host and very convenient for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Would stay here again.

I certainly have no complaints. The host was very kind and friendly. The surroundings are very peaceful although we were only passing through and didn't get the opportunity to fully explore. The decor is a little dated, but the place was extremely clean. There was a huge amount of space, and with breakfast provided the price was more than reasonable.

Really fantastic stay in this house that exceeded our expectations! The size of the spaces is impressive, and the fact that the house is totally independent and not shared allowed us to enjoy the holiday in maximum privacy, without worries and in complete relaxation. The property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, which made the stay even more comfortable, especially on the hottest days. The highlights of the house are: undoubtedly the jacuzzi, where we spent moments of true relaxation, and the room with pool and soccer, perfect for having fun in company and spending the evenings in a pleasant and carefree way. We can't fail to mention the BBQ and relaxation area, which is truly spectacular: a well-organized space, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners.

I had a fantastic stay at Lorenzo’s apartment in Turin! The location is super central – just a short walk to the heart of the city, which made everything incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, clean, modern, and very cozy – it instantly feels like home. Lorenzo is a wonderful host: very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He shared great tips for restaurants, sights, and local spots that made my stay even more special. Communication was always quick and easy. I can fully recommend this place and would definitely come back – thank you for everything, Lorenzo!

Our experience in Via Piol 42 in Rivoli was simply exceptional, the apartment a real gem. Modern and refined, with attention to every detail and with brand new furnishings. Perfect balance between contemporary design and practicality, offering bright and welcoming spaces where we immediately felt at home. Everything, from the fine finishes to the appliances, was immaculate and working perfectly, a testament to careful and thoughtful management. But what made the stay special was the wonderful setting in which the apartment is immersed, Via Piol, with its charming atmosphere and proximity to all services. We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a weekend and were positively surprised by the availability of the host Cristiano! Very well cared for and clean apartment, equipped with all the small appliances useful to stay comfortably and also with towels. Also located in the historic center of Rivoli, also very convenient to reach the center of Turin. We were very satisfied with this experience. Highly recommended!

My friends and I spent a few days in Sabina and Carlo's apartment for New Year's and it was exactly what we were looking for! We found the house in perfect order and decorated for the Christmas holidays (very nice!!). Sabina was really kind and always available for anything you need. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to take quiet walks starting from the village, without having to take the car. If you love tranquility and nature, this is the place for you!

The apartment has an ideal location for a stay without a car and to take the time to immerse yourself in the city. Cozy apartment, país i le in an I'm meu the entire renovated. Aurora welcomed us on the first day, she is super available and at the same time discreet. Excellent stay

We highly recommend thisapartment from Francesco! The apartment is truly impeccable in everything and for everything...nothing to add! From the other hand, Francesco has always been very kind and responsive, we had a really good time (we also recommend it to those like us who travel with children). We would definitely like to come back for our next Turin stops:)

In summary: ideal for a stay for two and visiting Turin on foot!
