Townhome holiday rentals in Trudering-Riem

Wir haben einige Tage mit fünf Erwachsenen in dem gemütlichen Häuschen gewohnt. Im Kinderzimmer konnten zwei auf der am Boden liegenden Matratze schlafen (Piraten-Hochbett gab's alternativ auch noch), zwei im Schlafzimmer, einer auf der ausziehbaren Couch im Wohnzimmer. Damit war es schon recht kuschelig, aber als Familie gemütlich. Als wir nur noch zu dritt waren, war es richtig komfortabel. Die Ausstattung incl. absolut stabilem Wlan prima. Den kleinen Saugroboter haben wir schnell ins Herz geschlossen. Mit dem Auto ist man fix in den Bergen, sogar Skilaufen am Spitzingsee klappte Weihnachten bereits. Weyarn selbst hat eine schöne Atmosphäre, vor allem durch das Kloster und den Blick auf die Alpen plus diversen Spazierwegen vor Ort. Vielen Dank!

I stayed at Barbara and Rudi for 5 months, and they were wonderful hosts. They were very respectful towards me and remarkably kept my privacy. Barbara is very thoughtful and kind. She made me feel welcome and helped me with every request. The only downside about the studio apartment is the lack of a sink in the kitchen. Nevertheless, Barabra was happy to wash the dishes for me. It is very recommended if you're looking for a pleasant home in Erding

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

4 Tage in Obermenzing Pasing bei Sonja und ihrer netten Familie haben mir gut getan, freundlicher Kontakt mit viel Entgegenkommen, schoenes geräumiges Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, herrlich. Und die Umgebung rundum sehr lieb und cosy an der Wuerm, nahe an 2 Schlössern, die man wunderbar zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad besuchen kann. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Es war für uns der beste Aufenthalt, den wir bisher über Airbnb hatten. Carol ist sehr nett. Ihre Tochter Petra wohnt direkt nebenan und ist die Nachbarin, die sich jeder wünscht. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zur Amper und könnten dort im Fluss schwimmen. Wir wurden mit aktuellen Infos versorgt (Was ist Wo los?). Petra und ihr Mann sind so freundliche Menschen! Es war toll!

Gerne wieder! Super Kommunikation, sehr bequemes Bett, sehr sauber, Gastgeberin sehr nett! Alles Top!

Had a very nice stay at Christian's place. The room and bathroom were as described and Christian offered his bike for me to do what I was up to. Very nice and calm neighborhood. By bike, it took me 15min to get to Messe München and 50min to get to Marienplatz. To Messe München you can also do a 1h plan walk through a beautiful green landscape (old München airport terrains). If I'm back alone in Munich for Bauma 2028, I will definetly looks again for Christian's place!

Elisabeth's lodging is 1 km from the Moosach S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. (We like to walk but before our arrival, Elisabeth pointed out a bus that we could have taken to within 80 metres of her house.) The lodging was very quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had our own toilet and shower in the house. Our room contained a refrigerator, a tea kettle, a coffee machine, a spacious closet, a balcony and a table at which we could both use our laptops. Elisabeth herself is interesting, kind and generous.

This is my first experience renting a house in Germany, and it was wonderful. Eckhard is very nice and friendly. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding food, entertainment, transportation and housing instructions. I usually suffer from insomnia when staying in a hotel, but here I slept as well as at home, which is great. We encountered some difficulties in renting a car and he helped us answer questions, which felt very warm. The underground garage parking space is right at the entrance of the house, which is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake, the scenery is great, and many people go out on boats to enjoy life on weekends.

wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr spontan gebucht, konnten sogar früher einchecken, Antwortzeit sehr schnell - ist super. Thomas und seine Katzen sind sehr angenehm und nett. Von unserer Seite aus gerne wieder.

Es hat mir hervorragend gefallen, und Andrea und ihre Familie sind sehr angenehme und freundliche Menschen. Super zuvorkommend, mit denen man sich auch sehr nett unterhalten kann! Sehr gerne wieder!

Manuela war sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie hat es sogar ermöglicht, dass wir vor der eigentlichen Check-In-Zeit in die Unterkunft konnten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist angenehm ruhig gelegen und das Fenster des Zimmers ist in Richtung Garten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und das Airbnb definitv empfehlenswert!

Ursula war so lieb und ist mir beim Check-In entgegen gekommen! Sie und ihr Ehemann sind sehr angenehme Menschen, die immer für ein Gespräch offen sind und auch gerne für einen Spaziergang! Für mich war die Lage perfekt, da ich nach Unterschleißheim musste und der Weg zur S-Bahn nicht weit war. Wenn man nach München will, ist es ein Stückchen weiter, aber durch den kurzen Weg zur S-Bahn gut angebunden! Es war mein erstes Mal bei AirBnb eine geteilte Wohnsituation (Küche, Bad) zu erleben, und war mir erstmal unsicher, wie das sein würde, aber Ursula und ihr Ehemann waren sehr angenehm, man hatte seine Privatsphäre, wenn man sie wollte, aber auch jemanden zum reden, wenn man sich nach Gesellschaft sehnte. All in all ein gutes Erlerbnis !

We had a great stay at Sebastian’s. The space was a lot bigger than we expected from the photos, which was a plus. The location is very close to the train system and it was nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals. The only thing we did not expect until we arrived was that Sebastian also had a friend sleeping on the lower level of the house, but this roommate was very respectful and had his own space, where we rarely saw him. Would definitely recommend this place!

Markus was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive. Parking was free but hard to find on the street if arriving at night. If you’re sensitive to smoke smell, it was present but not strong. Everything was laid out nicely and decorated really nicely.

Tolles Zimmer, in einer guten Lage. Kurzer Fußweg von Bushaltestelle zum Zimmer. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man innerhalb von maximal 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Nette Gastgeberinnen, mit denen man sich gut unterhalten kann.

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in Munich at Stefanie's place. She was very responsive, met us upon arrival with a friendly greeting and gave us such great advice and recommendations. The place was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. It is VERY easy to get into the city and the area was nice an quiet for a great nights sleep. If you are considering a trip to Munich and have a group that needs to spread out a little definitely book Stefanie's place.

Logement vraiment fonctionnel, joliment agencé, clair et très propre. L’hôte est accueillant et agréable. Le lieu est idéal pour visiter la région de Munich. Je recommande très fortement !

Wir haben als Familie zwei Tage in Maxls Haus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war absolut sauber und gepflegt, genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super – ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Der Garten und die Wohnbereiche sind auch sehr schön und praktisch. Besonders gut geeignet ist die Unterkunft für Gruppen oder Familien, da sie viel Platz bietet und sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

I had a fantastic stay at Gabriel and Stephanies place. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city. The check-in process was seamless, and the space itself was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on my next visit to Munich.

Hun er en super god vært. Hun hjalp med taxi og lignende. Dejligt stille kvarter, så kunne godt komme tilbage en anden god gang.
