Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Great location right by the sea, a beautiful sunset every day, only a short walk to the beach and crystal clear sea, we enjoyed our holidays in Santa Maria very much! The surrounding area with Capo Vaticano, Grotticelle beach and Tropea is also worth a visit. The house part is simple, but well furnished, always warm water and everything very clean. Well-equipped kitchen. Many thanks also to Aunt Anna, who looked after us very warmly and helpfully, and finally even drove us to the train station. Thanks a lot!

It was a pleasure to stay in Mrs. Maria's apartment, a wonderful person and always available to answer our questions. The apartment is in a quiet area of Tropea and the view from the terrace is truly unique. I recommend Mrs. Maria's apartment, she makes you feel at home, kind, friendly and always available. Nothing to say about the accommodation. Compatible with the price and descriptions. Condominium structure a little abandoned, but equipped with a very kind and helpful caretaker. Clean, perfect apartment, equipped with all comforts. The problem arose with a very large leak from the apartment upstairs, obviously not attributable to the host, making it impossible to continue the stay. Antonio, at his own expense, immediately found us another solution, far superior in quality and services. Fantastic, available, hospitable, always attentive to our needs. We discovered a wonderful person who, even in discomfort, did everything possible, and even the impossible, to guarantee us a fantastic stay. I recommend both the host and the property in question, despite the critical issues of the context, but for the price and services it is excellent.

Cristina was very friendly and helpful host. Her apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It has lovely garden with a lemon tree. You need a car to access beautiful surroundings of Tropea, Pizzo, Capo del Vaticano, Zambrione beach (beautiful private place).

we had a great time. The house remains on the hill is a beautiful villa just surrounded by ample green space and trees. We fell in love with the canopy so much that sometimes I don't hide that you preferred to spend there in our afternoon instead of going to the sea. About 350 meters above sea level but still very close to the most beautiful beaches. (about 10 minutes by car) the house does not lack anything and in any case Lucrezia has always made herself very available. For those who love tranquility, peace, cool and want to get to know the real Calabria made of friendly and sociable people, then this house is for you. Don't be afraid of the lack of air conditioners because you don't need to sleep at close windows. Ah very important: There are no mosquitoes!!

My stay at the San Ferdinando residence was simply fantastic! The property is modern and well cared for, with all the necessary comforts to make your stay extremely pleasant. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, which has helped create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Marino has provided us with valuable tips about the area and local attractions, allowing us to live an authentic and unforgettable experience. Your care in making our stay perfect is truly commendable. We had a great time in this small residence, which has a small bar with a rotisserie and a diner service for lunch. The staff has always been friendly and helpful for information. Apartment equipped with air conditioning. Residence practically on the sea with deckchair and umbrella service included. There is also a swimming pool but we considered the sea beautiful and did not use it. Car parking spaces are available inside the residence with anti-hail covers.

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

We had a great time. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very friendly, super helpful and easy to reach. The location is also great, very close to the beach and also to Tropea. There are many mosquitoes there but good, dense nets in front of the windows so they can't get in. So no problem.

Mark & Brenda‘s apartment was super nice and super clean. The ocean is not so far and also very clean. Tropea is beautiful. You can cook in the apartment and we really enjoyed the bed because it is soft. The neighboors above were also super kind and helpful. Mark was a lovely host. He supported us always and provided helpful infos. We will come back.

Excellent location. Beach is absolutely lovely and we didn’t want for anything more. Marco was quick to respond to any questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a very nice, spacious apartment in a new vacation complex. Teresa, the property manager, is extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed having a first-floor unit with a large, walled-in patio with dining table and chairs overlooking the pool. Sta. Domenica is a small sleepy resort town (at least in May it was) and it's best to have a car to get around.

Every detail is taken care of and the rooms are cozy, making the stay really pleasant. Nearby you can easily find pizzerias and other comfortable places, ideal for those who want to enjoy a meal without going too far. Also, the sea is beautiful and a short distance away, which made the days even more relaxing. I highly recommend this accommodation to those looking for a comfortable and well located place for holidays.
