Bruno's apartment is a spacious studio, beautifully renovated, with excellent materials, a nice bright bathroom with a very large shower. In addition to the quality of the apartment, there are also the small "goodies" that make you feel at home, such as water in the fridge, chips and croissants, clean sheets and towels. Great location in Isola di Capo Rizzuto, with many beautiful beaches just a few minutes by car! Bruno was super kind and available throughout our stay, recommending beaches and places to go right away. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Absolutely beautiful place. The refurbish is new and wonderfully done. The location is perfect for moving around Soverato and getting to other towns and places by rental car. The beach is fabulous. We were there on the off season and many of the "in season" restaurants were not available, but there were other nice restaurants and we enjoyed the town and the food. Vittoria was extremely responsive and wonderful to deal with. Her mother and an English speaking assistant met us and helped us with getting familiar. It couldn't have been nicer. Wonderful place to get to know the Calabria region. The people in the town were exemptional at dealing with my meager Italian language skills and we were easily able to function everywhere we traveled and ate.

Everything is impeccable! The house is perfectly furnished, with style, in every detail; the house as well as in the photos and including everything! Kind and friendly owner, absolutely an experience to repeat! Tip!!!

Anthony's apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The apartment is close to the main area of Soverato but far enough away that you area not disturb by all the activity going on. Also just a short walk to the beach area. Lots of restaurants nearby.

My girlfriend and me were for the first time in Lamezia Terme. It was a very short visit in this beautiful city. The accomondation was great. The checkin was very smooth and hassle free. The communication between us and the host made our uncertain arrival at the accomodation very smooth. We were welcomed very nicely by the father of the host (Antonio). The accomodation in itself was kept very very clean and organised. This all made our stay so easy and uncomplicated. Even the recommendations given for dinner were great. Our suggestion is to pre-book in advance for dinner given that Lamezia Terme definitely has a good night life too and can be crowded. To summarise, the flexibility of the host and the hospitality made our short stay very memorable. All in all worth recommending- Super host!

The accommodation matches the description perfectly, there is nothing missing, panoramic location and very cool and ventilated. Very close to the sea , quiet area and reserved parking space. Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, so close to town, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming, and they gave me some great recommendations for things to do and places to see during my visit! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location. Convenient walk to the beach promenade and the old city. Bed was very comfortable. The unit faces a fairly quiet side street.

Due to a DIFFERENT rental not meeting our expectations, we had to find somewhere close by to stay for the night. We stumbled upon Cosimo's rental and were so glad we did! He was very quick to respond to our message and accommodated us with Very Short notice (30 mins!). Cosimo and his son met us at the apartment. They were welcoming and very polite. The apartment was Very Clean and Comfortable. Everything was Well Stocked (coffee, water, spices, toiletries, towels, kitchenware, etc.). We found street parking right in front of the apartment, which was set back a little from the street. The area seemed very authentic, with neighbors greeting and visiting each other and an outside mass being held around the corner. We didn't spend much time exploring, as it was late and we were only staying one night, but did walk one block to the beach to enjoy a beautiful sunset!

Comfortable, spacious and airy apartment, with a very special treat, for lovers of the genre, represented by an enviable library! Recommended!

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

It was very nice to stay in Antonella’s apartment not just because of the beautiful and clean mare steccato that is 10 minutes by foot from the apartment. But also because the apartment was well equipped and clean. I would definitely book the apartment again for vacation.

The stay at Alberto and Gabriella's exceeded expectations. In addition to the absolutely strategic location for visiting the surroundings and the property rich in details and tastefully furnished, the added value is the hosting, the attention they reserve. We were lucky enough to have dinner at the property on the day of our arrival and what can I say? Dinner was really a treat, too. The two-room apartment solution proved to be a winner for our needs! A round of applause for the daily cleaning of the apartment, a very welcome service! When we return to the area, we won't be able to help but stop here again.

We stayed at the Dioniso farmhouse for a week and had a really good time. An oasis of peace and tranquility, just a 10-minute drive from the sea. Perfect for relaxing and suitable for those with pets. The apartment is very nice and simple but very comfortable.

Great location within walking distance of the sea and with parking available on the waterfront. The places of greater attraction and the center are easily reachable on foot, the car can be forgotten except for shopping. Towels for personal hygiene are available. Very friendly and helpful host.
