Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Have two great rooms, living room for 2. extra persons (where from you have magnificent sea view..), fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace with beautiful sea view, air conditioner, wi fi internet, SAT/TV, parking..... The distance from beach and house is about 5 min by walk, and distance from old center of town is about 15 min by walk. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The house in which the apartment is located is from the Middle Ages and the surroundings are picturesque. It is 2 minutes away from the main square. In this facility you have the opportunity to dry clothes on a tiramol; a traditional Mediterranean way of drying clothes. In the city center, it is sometimes noisy, but since it is a strict center, this part is tucked away and quite quiet. Although the Mediterranean is a street life, you have the opportunity to feel it. 🤗

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)
