Holiday rentals with beach access in Tresserve

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect—right between the train station, the lake, and the historic district. The apartment was spotless and beautifully renovated, blending modern comfort with historic charm (we especially loved the exposed beams). The AC unit in the bedroom was a lifesaver after warm days, and there was always plenty of hot water to wash up after our day exploring. It’s surprisingly spacious—perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 3 or 4. Be prepared for a bit of a climb up to the top floor—especially after a long bike ride around the lake! But the cozy attic vibes and rooftop views made it totally worth it. Would absolutely stay again!

Francine was super lovely and really responsive. When we asked for earlier check in and later check out she accommodated it- she was super thoughtful. I really recommend this property

Nathalie’s apartment is a real gem! Perfect location in the heart of Annecy. The place looks just like the photos (if anything it is nicer) and it is beautifully decorated. Nathalie was great at providing helpful info before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

What can I say! A real little corner of heaven. I was there with my wife and we were extremely satisfied on every level. The hosts are very welcoming and very responsive. I highly recommend it.

Great description, such great views from the balcony my neck had a permanent ache with spinning to the lake and then mountains. Lake was 15 minute walk all downhill.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and in a superb location. Richard is super helpful, quick to respond and gives you all the information needed for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Very peaceful! Greeted us with smiles and a homemade cake! Full kitchen stocked and available for use. Garden of our dreams! You can feed the chickens and walk through their beautiful garden. We wish we could have stayed longer! Axel spoke English so he was able to give us hiking recommendations and answer any of our questions! Having AC after a long day was very nice. We would come back during the winter just to try out the sauna! Looks so nice. You definitely need a car to get around the neighboring towns but just staying at the house was so nice and a reprieve. Fabienne & Axel - you have a gem of a place! Thank you for having us!

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well furnished studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short, 10/10, thank you again! 🥰

Apartment in accordance with the photographs, with a very nice view of the lake. Located in the port of Aix les Bains. I recommend it.

A fantastic apartment in a great location, having the parking was a huge benefit. Close enough to walk to the old town and the lake in minutes. Great host.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.
