Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Trequanda

Of all of the Airbnbs that we stayed in while in Italy, this one was by far our favorite. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and lovely. On top of that, the view from the terrace was unbelievable. We spent a lot of time sitting out there, taking in the sights and listening to the beautiful chorale bells of Siena. Additionally, Chiara and Giuseppe recommended a private chef, Robin Di Dio, who came in one evening to cook us an amazing meal. It was an incredibly delicious variety of authentic local cuisine and Robin made us feel completely pampered. Robin also recommended a local winery, Tenuta Lanianone, and one of the owners, Lorenzo, gave us a wonderful private tour. Our only regret is not staying in Siena more days so that we could enjoy more of this beautiful apartment and explore more of the fascinating city. We definitely hope to come back again!

Very clean Airbnb, the host left us with a bottle of wine and brownies for our arrival which was very thoughtful. The Tuscan views from the bnb was very nice.

I visited Francesco’s apartment with my partner and had a lovely time, the affreschi on the ceiling are stunning! The location is perfectly central and allows for easy access to many sites, as well as the train station for easy access. Francesco was also kind enough to let us keep suitcases inside the day of our departure to more freely see the city. We would love to return!

We will definitely be back! The location is about 30-40 minutes from the main city in Florence. Federico recommended we rent a car but we didn’t want to drive in an area we were unfamiliar with. We were provided with the bus schedule which was very easy to take to the city. We planned ahead and bought some groceries in Florence before heading back to the property. We got lucky with getting taxis at the property to eat at a nearby restaurant (Ristorante San Martino) but it wasn’t as convenient as getting one in Florence (had to wait a bit). The place was just as described, very relaxing and just what we wanted! All in all a great experience. We were so sad to leave!

We had a great experience from the initial booking, responsiveness with questions and all communications, recommendations on what to see and do, instructions on everything we needed to know about the Villa, parking, etc. and the utmost friendliness that was extended to us was all so much appreciated. We felt like honored house guests. You will not go wrong selecting this as your home away from home as well!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

I can't help but sing the praises of this fantastic experience and compliment Riccardo on the way he treats his customers, as if they were old friends. Everything was perfect... optimal location 10 minutes from Greve in Chianti, and surrounded by farms and vineyards, excellent cleanliness and very special accommodation with attention to detail, both inside and outside where you have covered parking for the car and a huge garden that offers a breathtaking and panoramic view of the valley. Riccardo is very available to clarify every aspect not only about his property but also about everything around it, ready to advise you and give you explanations and directions of all kinds to make your stay optimal. When I return to that area, I will definitely visit him.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

We would have loved to speak the Italian language more, but next time! Carmine and Gioia's welcome was perfect. Discreet, but so friendly despite our Italian stammering! The two dogs, their charming welcome, their discretion, their speed of response, their kindness... we warmly thank them for their welcome. If only it was possible to give this apartment a higher star rating. Right from the start Monica’s communication is excellent and she made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment was amazing and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. Very classy fixtures and fittings throughout. Everything was so clean and comfortable that it felt like home. The location was so convenient for walking to all the tourist destinations and fabulous restaurants. If this apartment is available in your time slot just book it and save time looking for anything else, this place is perfect. Thanks again Monica for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment. It’s hard to describe just how incredible this place is. The garden is immaculate and pictures cannot do it justice, once you’re immersed in it and you hear the birds and look at the Tuscan scenery, it’s like you’re in a fairy tale. The owners have clearly worked incredibly hard to make this everything that it is, and my wife and I would easily plan our next trip around this place with more time here. The owners are also incredibly friendly and responsive, they welcomed us in and walked us around the property, gave us great recommendations for the surrounding area, loaned us an umbrella, and let us play with their dog. Magical experience and I cannot recommend it enough. We even saw fireflies!

What a lovely spot to stay! The rental is quite large, with a spacious downstairs and a nice bedroom upstairs, and the views are amazing. It is located in a gorgeous part of Tuscany. Hosts were friendly. I especially appreciated the hot tub!

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. Chiara has put a lot of effort into providing information on anything one needs to know about the surrounding neighborhood. Food, transportation, emergency needs and entertainment that made us feel comfortable in our new surroundings right away. There were several great places to eat just a few steps away. Loved getting cappuccinos & pastries every morning at Cosi on the corner. Not open on Mondays but just a few blocks another bar is. Also wonderful. Bus stop is also very close and easy. Loved the convenience. We were able to get everywhere and back very quickly by bus. Upon checking out our taxi didn’t come. Traffic in Florence is busy. Another reason the bus is the best option. Within 25 minutes Chiara son & neighbor picked us up and got us to the train station. We felt lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment, neighborhood and great host for our stay. Impossible not love. The best❤

This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and so easy to live in. The location is perfect for walking around, shopping, and finding wonderful restaurants and coffee bars. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, if you should choose. But, the tiny local restaurants are the best places to eat and drink the local offerings. Andrea is the absolute best host.

Great location and Simona was gave excellent recommendations on places to eat and things to do. My college age daughter also found the sofa bed to be comfortable, it was nice that they made it up ahead of time.

Pictures don’t do justice. Best B&B in Florence by far. Costanza the host was very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect, will stay here in the future.
