The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Flavio is an amazing host and has a beautiful place! The outdoor areas cannot be beat! If you are looking for the perfect spot to relax by a pool and enjoy amazing sunsets every night, this is your place! We loved it! What an amazing place to call home for the 4 nights we stayed! The apartment is beautiful, clean, has absolutely everything you could possibly need, is steps away from so many things to see, and has the best patio and view one could hope for. Emanuela and Francesca are extremely kind, caring and helpful, even helping us find restaurants (and make reservations) and find a local business to help with my husband’s work while we were in Siena. Great apartment! It is very spacious, clean, well illuminated, excellent location and very comfortable. The view from the bedrooms is fantastic! Dario and his team were incredible hosts. They were always very responsive. They were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and offered lots of valuable, practical tips and suggestions on things to do and where to visit during our stay. We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

Great stay with incredible views. Perfect location for exploring Montepulciano and the surrounds. Parking was easy and everything was really comfortable.

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

At first we wondered if the location would be too remote, but that was not the case. Perfect in every way. We will definitely be back.

Casa di Laura is a dream. I shared the location with all my friends because coming here is a wonderful gift to give yourself. We left reluctantly, like when you leave a vacation home you've grown fond of. The surroundings are beautiful, as is the house, a quiet garden with attention to every detail, and the pool that changes the whole vacation. A dip before going down to Siena to visit (which is 15 minutes by car, not even) is like returning home before going down for dinner. Ideal for cooling off from the summer heat. It was truly wonderful, and we will be back! Thank you so much Laura for sharing with us the restaurant for lunch, dinner and aperitif and for being so flexible with the schedule. We haven't even met, but after being at your house, it's as if I know you. Thank you!

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights in early June in this wonderful home. It was spacious and clean, and very comfortable. The host was very clear in her instructions. The location was fantastic! It was an easy walk to the Duomo cathedral, Piazza del Campo, and pretty much everything in the city center. We really enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table, enjoying the breeze, and looking out the window at the historic buildings and the top of the cathedral in the distance. Thank you for a memorable stay! We can’t wait to come back…

A beautiful and very well equipped apartment in one of the most picturesque areas of Tuscany. Located on a secluded hill in a countryside yet very close to Siena and Monteriggioni. The views from the top floor were wonderful. Via Francigena walking (pilgrim) path is right beside the house and we enjoyed walks in the countryside. In the house itself, I appreciated the elevator, the washing machine, the iron, a multitude of cloth hangers and even the radio set to a fantastic oldies music station! We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Samantha was very supportive and prompt with any questions we had.

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! The apartment is conveniently located, but far enough from town centre to be quiet and peaceful. Barbara made extra effort with leaving milk and a few drinks, enough toilet paper, and other basics like olive oil which was helpful. We loved the small balcony looking out on a green space and found the beds comfortable and apartment clean.

Perfectly located. It had every amenity you could possibly imagine — and even more! The space was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed.
