It's also close to Santa Chiara and a 10-15 minute walk to Francis Cathedral, which is great. There are two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, so it was convenient. However, if you are uncomfortable with your legs, there are stairs from the front door to the room and kitchen, so it would be good to consider. For young people, it will be no problem at all. Above all, Anna, the host, is kind, thoughtful, and very nice. I always asked if I needed anything, and they gave me what I needed right away, so it was very comfortable to stay. It is highly recommended for those who stay in Assisi for a long time.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Amazing host and place!

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Beautiful apartment and Paolo is very nice and helpful. In October it was already quiet, but still nice weather. The only drawback: The house is close to a train route. However, this applies to all houses by the sea and did not bother us after the first day. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are traveling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delicious, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Sara and her family were great hosts, very kind and just great people! Their place was better that we could even imagine. Every morning we could spot deer walking across the valley, pheasants with fluttering sounds...Everything was serene and breathtaking. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Sara's family was beyond hospitable and very responsive to any questions. I am already writing this review with sadness at how much we miss this one-of-a-kind experience.

The place is even better in real life than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you might need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love to be in the middle of nature. We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the conveniences it provided as a home base to explore Umbria. Laura was extremely communicative. She was helpful in making arrangements to store our bags ahead of check in and she provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Her flat provided incredible views and was as described in the listing. It was in a central location in the center of Perugia, which made everything including the mini metro easily accessible. Do recommend!

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was simply perfect, the two of them were extraordinarily helpful and the house was so clean and tidy that we have never felt so comfortable in other places as in this one. They were really friendly hosts and in addition they took care of our furry friend when we were not at home... an unforgettable experience, in fact, we will soon be more than happy to go back! thank you.

Chiara answers every question very quickly. The apartment is very close to the sferisterium and the center. The area is very peaceful. Convenient parking for the car is less than 100 m away for only 4.8 euros per day. A few blocks away there are great taverns, grocery stores, and a Coop supermarket. The station can be reached on foot in a 10-minute walk.

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino, so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it leads to an inner courtyard. I recommend taking the parking lot recommended by Francesco because indoors and nearby, for only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, beautiful view, sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara incredible! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with salt oil, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!
