Francesco was very hospitable and communicative. No issues with checking in or with the stay itself. Parking is free at the nearby hotel and was right next to his apartment. Perfect for someone traveling solo.

Amazing! This was one of the most beautiful properties, pool and most caring and responding hosts I've had. Shahrzad and Giovanni were absolutely wonderful, extremely kind and generous - doing everything they could to ensure that we felt comfortable and all our needs were catered for. We are so so grateful for their guidance and the beautiful property - it is truly amazing! Such a special property and piece of Bologna!

Very well-maintained, modern furnished town villa. Matteo is not quite finished with the outdoor area, but it is already really very nice - if at some point there are also a few lounge furniture for an aperitif, for example, it will be perfect. The old town can be reached after about 1.6 km or about 25 minutes of sun-protected arcade footpath. We highly recommend the accommodation, among other things, because of the private parking on the property.

Charming cottage, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Super practical self check-in, as well as the demo video, really super easy! Very comfortable bed and the area is very quiet, with a shopping center a stone's throw away and a train stop just a little further. Close to the entrance of the ring road/highway, so practical if you are traveling by car. Thank you Giacomo for your courtesy and kindness!
