Very nice flat for two !

Azaliya and Tatiana were great hosts. The apartment is centrally located. Short walk to the bus station,a large Mercadona and the beach. Azaliya was always available to answer questions, recommend places to eat and places of interest to visit. Tatiana very kindly came around at short notice after I foolishly locked myself out. The apartment was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to anyone planning a visit to Torrevieja and if I ever return I would definitely stay here again. Big thank you Azaliya for being a great host

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

The apartment was perfect for our week-long visit. There were four of us in total and the apartment was big enough for us to use. The three bedrooms were brilliant. It's great to go straight from the apartment to the sea for a swim. We thank you for everything and hope to make it again. -Rami

Lola. She's a sweetheart. It helps you in everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's a luxury. Thank you. I hope to visit again.

Recommended, beautiful, bright and spacious apartment. Beautiful views of the sea no road in front of the door but a quiet Boulevard and the beach. Downtown easily walkable, all daily things nearby.

Hanna lives up to the term "superhost"! We were very well looked after Hanna in advance and during our stay and our questions were answered promptly and clearly. The apartment has top amenities and is very clean. The location is great, the apartment right on a beautiful beach. The center of town is also within walking distance. Amazing stay. Would recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always very quick to respond to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. We enjoyed it a lot to stay in this amazing villa. It has a perfect location, with the beach, supermarket and restaurants on walking distance. The villa is clean, has a great pool, and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for families with children. The owners are super friendly and helpful during your stay. They are very proactive in providing information, answering questions, and when we faced a small problem they fixed it quickly. Their friendliness contributed a lot to our holiday experience.

Everything was perfect … No Incidents.

We were a group of 8 girls and spend a long weekend in this villa. The villa was amazing and absolutely stunning with the ocean view. It was well equiped and had everything you can think of. My girls and me fully enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect right at the beach an within a few minutes you can reach shops and restaurants. Märina is a great host and welcomed us so warmly. She also provided many recommendations and offered her help. Also the communication with Märina was so easy and she was very flexible. Thank you very much!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. We recommend it and hope to return at the next opportunity.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Beautiful apartment with nice amenities! Very nice with the heated pool for the colder months. Jurgita was very helpful and nice, she made everything easy and always replied right away. Top stay!

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Jesus was very approachable and gave clear instructions. It was nice to walk on the beach and there was plenty of space at the swimming pool.
