House holiday rentals in Torrevieja

This was a great stay!! Had everything we needed, very clean house and peaceful area. Pool was amazing and it was a great stay. Mikhail was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed, very friendly host! Would recommend having a car as there is not a lot around within a 15 minute walk.

A really fab find when looking for a last minute getaway with the family. The house had EVERYTHING you could possibly need Proper coffee machine, dishwasher, kids bits.. The list goes on. Really clean and well kept grounds. The balcony from the main bedroom was a particular tanning fave spot for me, and dinner on the terrace below was wonderful. Pool was very clean and the residents/neighbours who we past were very friendly. Walking distance to a great size park, skate park and even a small water park. Will defo look to return in the future!

Fantastisch mooi en fris huis met een moderne inrichting van deze tijd. Boven een groot dakterras👍🏻 Heerlijk zwembad die zelfs tussendoor nog word gecheckt👍🏻 Locatie en ligging is zeer rustig, en het is helemaal privé.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

We enjoyed it a lot to stay in this amazing villa. It has a perfect location, with the beach, supermarket and restaurants on walking distance. The villa is clean, has a great pool, and offered everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is perfect for families with children. The owners are super friendly and helpful during your stay. They are very proactive in providing information, answering questions, and when we faced a small problem they fixed it quickly. Their friendliness contributed a lot to our holiday experience.

Tuvimos una estancia familiar muy agradable. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia y bien equipada, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy cómodo. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Muy recomendable!

When we arrived, there were some issues getting in due to an incorrect access code. However, they helped us and even compensated us for the inconvenience. They were very friendly and understanding. The villa has an incredibly beautiful view from the rooftop terrace, and the heated pool was wonderful to enjoy. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone!

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wir haben eine Woche in Sonatas Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus und besonders der Außenbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen, man kann sehr schöne Abende auf der Terrasse verbringen. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Bad sehr sauber. Das einzige negative, was uns aufgefallen ist, ist dass es nur einen Decken-Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer gibt und es dadurch in der Nacht relativ warm wird. Sonata war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat immer sehr zuverlässig auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter, vermutlich würde es aber bei mehr als sechs Personen relativ eng werden.

Martins villa is beautiful, everything you need and more, even better than the photos. Pool is just perfect,close to restaurants and bars. Martin was very helpful and great communication. Will definitely return 😃

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönes kleinen Haus war sehr schön. Das Bad ist ganz neu mit bodentiefer Dusche, perfekt für ältere Menschen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und einfach. Tolle Gastgeber, ich komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Ha sido una estadía estupenda, el apartamento era súper cómodo y fácil de encontrar, súper tranquilo y a muy pocos metros del mar. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir. Incluso Adolfo ha sido siempre muy amable y ha respondido rápidamente todo, nos lo hemos disfrutado en familia este fin de semana gracias!!!!

Such a great spot for a relaxing break. What I loved most was how peaceful and private everything felt—ideal for recharging. The place was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The private pool was a real highlight, especially during the hot afternoons. We also appreciated how convenient the location was—shops were just a short drive away, and if you have a car, there's loads to explore nearby. The sunrise views each morning were unforgettable. I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape with a bit of adventure on the side.

We had the most incredible 5-day stay at this beautiful villa From the moment we booked, Nikolina was an absolute gem. Handing the keys back to Phil at the end of our stay was bittersweet because we truly didn’t want to leave! The villa was immaculate, extremely clean and stylishly decorated. It was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from towels and beach towels to a kitchen stocked with every utensil, pot, pan, plate, and glass. Even the little things that are often missing in rental properties, like chopping boards and other essentials, were there! The layout of the villa was fantastic, with plenty of space and lots of light, shutters on all the windows allowed us to block out both heat and light. The outdoor area was fab, with a fully loaded outdoor bar/kitchen & BBQ . There was ample space to sun bath next to the private pool. we chose this villa for peace and quiet it totally delivered! Service was first class too!

Absolutely stunning villa. Exactly as the pictures show and it was spotlessly clean. Check in and hosts were amazing, could not fault a thing. So friendly and informative. The villa has everything home from home and the hosts have gone to a lot of effort to provide quality furniture and decoration. Beds very clean and very comfortable. The air con was fantastic and pool heated to correct temperature. Walking distance to everything such as shops, bars, beach and nearby street market on Thursdays. You can order on the local uber eats if you want groceries or take out. Local taxis are very cheap. 25 minutes from Mercia airport transfer. Can’t wait to return, such a brilliant experience and relaxing holiday. Thanks again

Heerlijk verblijf! Alles is nieuwe, schoon en mooi… De bedden zijn lekker, de badkamer is fijn en de buitenruimte is fantastisch! We hebben gereisd met een kind van bijna 2, en dat is echt prima daar! Uitzicht op het parkje en speeltuintje. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, maar er zijn talloze mooie plekjes om te bezoeken, parkeren is overal gratis bij de strandjes! Het was een heerlijke vakantie!!!

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Sowohl die Kommunikation mit Mandy als auch mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war zu jeder Zeit gewährleistet. Bei Fragen wurde einem immer geholfen! Der Check-In sowie Check-Out verlief reibungslos. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl die Küche als auch die Bäder und auch der Terrassenbereich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen! :)

We had an amazing time here. The house was really clean and had exactly everything we needed for our vacation. We were a family of 7 with two little children and we appreciated a lot the fact that the house had the right conditions for a child (kitchen utensils, pool toys and eating chair). The neighborhood is really really quiet and it is perfect for running. In about 2/3 minutes by car you have Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour! Frode was very friendly and responsive and gave a very detailed list with everything we needed to know about the house, check in and check out. We love spend time in Torrevieja and this was probably the best property we had booked so far. Thank you 😀
