Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Torre Squillace

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Otranto - absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns als kleine Familie mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nando hat uns persönlich begrüßt, wir konnten die Wohnung sogar schon vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit beziehen. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke bereit und die Unterkunft war makellos sauber sowie vollständig ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige Dachterrasse, auf der man entspannte Nachmittage und laue Abende mit Blick über die Dächer genießen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants und der Altstadt entfernt. Kurzum: eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Otranto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place! It was charming and the spiral staircase and caved bedroom were so unique! The ceilings above the staircase were very low, so our 6’3” guest stayed on the main level to avoid bumping their head. We also had some trouble making sure the air conditioning worked, but Massimo was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’d gladly stay in Massimo’s home again - and spend more time on the roof deck!

Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

Superhost - exactly what you expext from superhosts. We were with a 1,4 year baby. - they provided all equipment you expect for the child. Our baby got sick, helped with the hospital, gave all recommendations we needed, always reaponsive and very friendly. Villa was super for families, can’t dream about anything else.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Vom ersten Moment an, fühlt man sich in diesem liebevoll restaurierten Palazzo wie Zuhause. Die vielen Terrassen laden - je nach Sonnenstand - zum Verweilen ein, die dicken Mauern bewahren das Haus angenehm kühl, auch wenn draussen die Sonne runterbrennt und es ein perfekter Ort um runterzufahren. Giorgia und Letizia, herzlichen Dank! Wir waren drei Wochen hier und hätten noch einige mehr bleiben können. Jedem, dem wir in Parabita und den umliegenden Städchen begegnet sind, empfing uns mit einer Herzlichkeit, die wir selten so erlebten.

* Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Ivan’s apartment is a true little piece of paradise, located right by a stunning beach. The area is fantastic – there’s a promenade, cozy cafés, and pastry shops, all at very reasonable prices! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s modern and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight is definitely the spacious terrace with sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. One important note: there’s no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on a high floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (this might be helpful for some guests to know). A big thank you to Ivan for the lovely welcome treats – a bottle of wine and some traditional cookies! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to relax!

What a wonderful place to stay in Lecce! This is a stunningly beautiful and spacious apartment in a gorgeous old palazzo. The location is amazing, as it’s right in the heart of the centro storico but also very quiet and private inside. The decor is classic and elegant, as well as welcoming and comfortable. We both slept great in the SUPER comfortable king-sized bed. Aperitivo on the balcony before dinner was pretty much heaven for us. The host met us and was very friendly and welcoming - a lovely person. One of our very favorite places to stay ever.

What a wonderful stay we have had at Marco’s place! The location is fantastic and easy walking distance to the old city. Great that there’s parking close by. The place is spotlessly clean and has air conditioning. The communication with Marco was fantastic, before, during our stay and after our checkout. We had so many questions and Marco was super quick to answer these. Would highly recommend this apartment. We will come back for sure!

Belle maison, très agréable, dans un quartier immédiat assez joli et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison… c’était très bien.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Abbiamo avuto l'appartamento per 3 settimane. Molto ben arredato, moderno, cucina piccola ma funzionale e ben equipaggiata. Molto vantaggioso avere il garage proprio a disposizione. Stefania e Lorenzo molto disponibili e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande e richieste. Ottima anche la posizione. Soddisfatti! p.s.: unica pecca forse il balcone un pò piccolo in relazione alla grandezza dell'appartamento, ma Stefania ce l'aveva comunicato!

This Airbnb was perfect! It was centrally located in Lecce, walking distance to everything. The Airbnb was very spacious, unique and beautiful. We also loved the private terrace. Everything was clean and comfortable. Luigia was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if back in Lecce and would recommend to anyone visiting!

We had a wonderful time at Barbara’s house. It’s beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. We loved watching the swifts on the terrace in the evening. This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Die Wohnung, die über mehrere Etagen und Treppen verbunden ist hat ein unglaublich cooles Vintage Design. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist, dass es auf jeder Ebene eine Musikbox gab mit der wir uns verbinden konnten. Mit Musik, dem leckeren Prosecco, den Mikaela bereitgestellt hat und der atemberaubenden Dachterasse kannst du den Ausblick auf Nardo so richtig genießen.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The views are absolutely stunning. You can see the sea from every angle, and the sunsets were truly unforgettable. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the historic city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

We received a warm welcome from Luigi. Clear explanation of everything. Lots of recommendations for places to visit, to eat and beaches. Road parking no problem. There is a lift (helpful for our 84 year old friend). Spacious accommodation. Two balconies! Small but adequate kitchen. Both bathrooms are perfect. Air conditioning works well and is quiet. We walked into the historic centre many times to eat and look at the churches etc. Perfect location. We used the car to visit Gallipoli, Leuca, Galatina to name a few. We experienced very little noise from traffic or the neighbours. We slept well.

I think I didn’t look at all the pics on the listing so when I went in I was pleasantly surprised by all of what was available. Wonderful spaces. Beautifully decorated and a view to kill for! They had a wonderful welcome gift and Alessia was super communicative. The keys took a bit of getting used to but once I did it was perfect. Also the color of the door looks darker in the pic than in real life so I passed it at first. I would stay here again and again!

5-nights stay with 6 friends Very professional host and service, always available if needed. Also, mid-stay cleaning service included in the price. Breathtaking terrace and very nice house with cosy, renovated interior. Excellent location 10 metres from the beach. Air conditioning everywhere in the house, easily adjustable to your liking. All in all very good!

Amazing spacious roof top apartment…you will never tire of the view. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very central to all the historical centre of Lecce has to offer but peaceful/quiet. Fausto is a great host. Fabulous 5 night stay💚🤍❤️

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
