We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! We voelden ons meteen thuis bij Nieves en haar familie en de lieve honden en kat. De villa is prachtig gelegen in een mooie omgeving. Het huis is heel mooi, schoon, sfeervol en van alles voorzien. De locatie is perfect om de omgeving te verkennen. Nieves is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert zeer snel op vragen. Bedankt voor je gastvrijheid en het geweldige verblijf!

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Otranto - absolut empfehlenswert! Wir haben uns als kleine Familie mit unserer vierjährigen Tochter rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber Nando hat uns persönlich begrüßt, wir konnten die Wohnung sogar schon vor der regulären Check-in-Zeit beziehen. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke bereit und die Unterkunft war makellos sauber sowie vollständig ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die großzügige Dachterrasse, auf der man entspannte Nachmittage und laue Abende mit Blick über die Dächer genießen kann. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber gleichzeitig nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand, Restaurants und der Altstadt entfernt. Kurzum: eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Otranto. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Massimo’s place! It was charming and the spiral staircase and caved bedroom were so unique! The ceilings above the staircase were very low, so our 6’3” guest stayed on the main level to avoid bumping their head. We also had some trouble making sure the air conditioning worked, but Massimo was incredibly responsive and helpful. I’d gladly stay in Massimo’s home again - and spend more time on the roof deck!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr ruhig gelegen, eingebettet in eine liebliche Landschaft. In der Küche fehlen leider einige Utensilien, um selber kochen zu können (Schäler, gute Pfannen, Müslischalen unter anderem). Wäre toll, wenn das ergänzt würde. Ansonsten waren wir äusserst zufrieden.

The place is a rare gem. The photos don’t do it justice. From the large patio you overlook the old centre of Otranto, a bustling quaint historical town. Yet the place is surprisingly quiet and very spacious, and has all the comforts you would want, including air conditioning in every room. We just loved our stay here. Very impressive. Stay at this one!

Nous avons eu un super séjour dans la villa. Je rejoins les commentaires déjà laissés, la villa et le jardin sont bien mieux que ce que peuvent laisser penser les photos! Super central, à 2min à pied du centre ville piéton. On recommande chaudement! Et Sabrina est joignable, aidante et très sympathique.

Adoro i posti con la vista mare dall’alto. Ho amato questo posto. Sopratutto la stanza al piano terra…. Da dove ho potuto ammirare tutte le mattine l’alba magica! Antonella è stata molto accogliente e sempre reattiva! L’unica pecca e non poter accedere al mare direttamente da lì. Sarebbe favoloso se potessero trovare un modo per farlo. Il posto è adatto per chi ama la tranquillità il vento e il rumore del mare! ❤️

Excellent apartment in a wonderful location! Ivan’s apartment is a true little piece of paradise, located right by a stunning beach. The area is fantastic – there’s a promenade, cozy cafés, and pastry shops, all at very reasonable prices! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s modern and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight is definitely the spacious terrace with sun loungers – perfect for sunbathing and enjoying beautiful sunsets. One important note: there’s no elevator in the building, and the apartment is on a high floor, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (this might be helpful for some guests to know). A big thank you to Ivan for the lovely welcome treats – a bottle of wine and some traditional cookies! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to relax!

Esperienza eccellente. La casa è bellissima, arredata con gusto e curata in ogni dettaglio per farti sentire come a casa. Il terrazzo regala un panorama sul tramonto davvero mozzafiato ed è perfetto per cenare in famiglia. Grazie a Marco per l’ospitalità e a Serena per la calorosa accoglienza.

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Lovely apartment that was more spacious than anticipated, very clean and well appointed. The roof terrace is what makes the place. It is huge and has an uninterrupted view west over the sea, so expect some fantastic sunsets with your pre-dinner drinks. There is a shaded area with dining table, so you can eat up there. Federico was super helpful and super responsive to messages. Hard to imagine a better host. The only note of caution is the noise from the bars below. The music can be loud and can run very late. We were aware from other reviews that there would be some noise, so were not too bothered by this (and are considering rebooking). Finally, one small thing. If you like croissants, get them from the bar below. Better than the ones the bakeries sell (unless you like your croissants sticky/sugary) and cheaper. The coffee is good too and the staff are lovely.

Appartement absolument magnifique 🤩 , très bien situé , dans une rue très calme du centre historique. Daniela est une hôte prévenante et nous a permis de rentrer plus tôt dans l’appartement . Parking à proximité Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse si nous revenons à Lecce

O apartamento com vista mar é simplesmente um luxo. Espaçoso e confortável com cozinha e banheiro modernos.

De accomodatie is echt perfect, bij aankomst werden we zee vriendelijk ontvangen en stond er een eigen gebakken taatt voor ons klaar. Alles was netjes schoon en in de keuken waren alle viorzieningen aanwezig, zelfs kruiden en olijfolie. In de tuin waan je je in je eigen oase, zeer mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Het zwembad en de BBQ (voorzien van houtskool) staan ter beschikken. Geweldig en zeker iets om terug naar te keren

Belle maison, très agréable, dans un quartier immédiat assez joli et agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison… c’était très bien.

Die Wohnung, die über mehrere Etagen und Treppen verbunden ist hat ein unglaublich cooles Vintage Design. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist, dass es auf jeder Ebene eine Musikbox gab mit der wir uns verbinden konnten. Mit Musik, dem leckeren Prosecco, den Mikaela bereitgestellt hat und der atemberaubenden Dachterasse kannst du den Ausblick auf Nardo so richtig genießen.

Toccata e fuga nel Salento entramente piacevole. La posizione strategica per spostarsi e vedere diverse località, quasi tutto a distanza di 30-40 Min verso Lecce, e ad un' oretta circa da Otranto. Alessandro è stato un host molto piacevole e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili anche su dove mangiare. Alloggio essenziale ma confortevole, immerso nel verde e nel relax. Unica pecca forse la mancanza di condizionatore ma problema arginato in parte dalla presenza del ventilatore e dalla posizione comunque alberata e decisamente ventilata. Esperienza nel complesso molto piacevole. Consigliato!

We received a warm welcome from Luigi. Clear explanation of everything. Lots of recommendations for places to visit, to eat and beaches. Road parking no problem. There is a lift (helpful for our 84 year old friend). Spacious accommodation. Two balconies! Small but adequate kitchen. Both bathrooms are perfect. Air conditioning works well and is quiet. We walked into the historic centre many times to eat and look at the churches etc. Perfect location. We used the car to visit Gallipoli, Leuca, Galatina to name a few. We experienced very little noise from traffic or the neighbours. We slept well.

I think I didn’t look at all the pics on the listing so when I went in I was pleasantly surprised by all of what was available. Wonderful spaces. Beautifully decorated and a view to kill for! They had a wonderful welcome gift and Alessia was super communicative. The keys took a bit of getting used to but once I did it was perfect. Also the color of the door looks darker in the pic than in real life so I passed it at first. I would stay here again and again!

Amazing spacious roof top apartment…you will never tire of the view. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very central to all the historical centre of Lecce has to offer but peaceful/quiet. Fausto is a great host. Fabulous 5 night stay💚🤍❤️

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect place to stay. Excellent facilities. beautiful little private garden and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the frdge! Manuela was aways helpful and easy to communicate with and overall I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in her flat.
