Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

The place is modern, clean, and very comfortable, the beds were a little small for us, but we come from the U.S. so maybe that’s why, other than that the place is perfect for families or friends wanting to hangout together in Davao

The owner, Mr. Celso, welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the house. He and his team were quick to assist us with everything we needed. About the house: Peaceful and private this place truly feels like home! It’s clean, fresh, and fully equipped with complete kitchenware. There’s a terrace, a grilling area, and even karaoke everything you need is here! Nearest beach: There’s a beautiful resort nearby called Cavanico. The only downside is that you have to pay an entrance fee daily to swim at their beach, which can be a bit much. Overall: 10/10 Thank you for allowing us to enjoy and stay in this lovely house. We are very happy with our experience! ❤️

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

This is the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in the Philippines. The jacuzzi fills to the top with hot water. Secure, safe community. Good coffee maker. Nice TV. Comfortable beds. It's a dope industrial style house. Neighbors are friendly. Also a quiet community. If it's available, this will be the first airbnb I stay at multiple times anywhere on earth.

Nice and cozy place. We really like the big kitchen. Highly recommended we will book again soon. Just the direction and the signage is too little hahahaha. make it bigger nextime so we will not little go far hahahahaha

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Superb comfortable stay here! Mostly due to the caretakers Analyn, Mhyl and family. Friendly and easy to communicate. Can take care of any needs and are always giving food treats, like pancit and other things, yummy and thanks. This is my second stay here. First in Feb 2024 and now March 2025. So far, I am expected to return next year. It's a peaceful, lovely, gated community with close access to everything. Thanks Michael as I truly enjoyed my full month accommodations here.

Had a great stay! The unit was clean and aesthetically designed. Check-in and communication was smooth. It was a bit expensive compared to other units I've stayed in Arezzo, but it was all worth it.

Our stay at Benedict’s unit was truly excellent. The room was spotless—clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. The entire space was spacious, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for a comfortable, restful stay. The location was also very convenient. Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. We had a great stay! The room aircons were great at making the entire place cool including the common area. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. There are 2 sleeping bags for additional persons or if someone prefers to sleep on the floor. It feels cozy staying in the common area, watching Netflix after work. Cookingwares and dining set are available. It is closer to the Abreeza mall than SM Lanang.

Ms Connie was so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The guards were nice. I just didn’t find the clothing iron in the room so I was not able to iron my clothes whenever I go out. Regardless, I feel so at home at the place.

This listing is central, comfortable, and precisely what I needed during my trip to Davao. Right in the center of the city close to all the key sights, very fast and stable internet that could handle online gaming no problem, kind building staff, and an efficient AC. Bro was very kind and always willing to accommodate my needs. I would absolutely return and greatly recommend this listing to all other travelers!

the place was good, safe, some restaurants nearby, also laundry place next door, a little far from airport though, but overall is well worth the price.
