This is the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in the Philippines. The jacuzzi fills to the top with hot water. Secure, safe community. Good coffee maker. Nice TV. Comfortable beds. It's a dope industrial style house. Neighbors are friendly. Also a quiet community. If it's available, this will be the first airbnb I stay at multiple times anywhere on earth.

What a stunning place! Perfect for us! We went went to attend the Notre Dame Alumni Assn. Intl. 16th Biennial Grand reunion in our hometown Gen. Santos City. Manuel and his wife Julie opened the gate with a welcoming smile. Always offering to help yet stayed quiet in the background. Excellent laundry service. They even cooked breakfast for us and helped with our party. The place was perfect for five of us who stayed there for 14 days! We love everything about Bahay ni Kikay and Bahay ni Momm. Cooking in the kitchen, the garden, the spacious living area, the airconditioned bedrooms and work place/cum family room, the peace and quiet. All of my companions are seasoned travelers. I have stayed in AirBnBs in many countries, but Melinda's most memorable It felt like home away from home. The bonus? We were able to invite friends and family to visit us. There was plenty of room for a quiet party! I will stay there over and over again! Thank you super host Melinda! We felt pampered

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

Our stay was very nice. The apartment is great, a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. The apartmernt is very big. The bedroom is nice. Big terasse with a grill. The internet and Netflix is very fast. 10 minutes ride on the Tricycle going to the market and taxi station. A taxi picked us up and that`s worked out very well. The swimming pool is great and very clear. The host is very friendly and they turn on the light on the pool for us in the night. Thanks to the host - we will come back again. This is the perfect place for you to stay. I will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for everything!

Always a pleasure to rent a room at café Chalet knowing the place is clean, quiet and exactly as listed.

Superb comfortable stay here! Mostly due to the caretakers Analyn, Mhyl and family. Friendly and easy to communicate. Can take care of any needs and are always giving food treats, like pancit and other things, yummy and thanks. This is my second stay here. First in Feb 2024 and now March 2025. So far, I am expected to return next year. It's a peaceful, lovely, gated community with close access to everything. Thanks Michael as I truly enjoyed my full month accommodations here.

Our stay at Benedict’s unit was truly excellent. The room was spotless—clean, fresh, and clearly well cared for. The entire space was spacious, thoughtfully prepared, and perfect for a comfortable, restful stay. The location was also very convenient. What truly stood out was Benedict himself—warm, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. His hospitality went above and beyond. Highly recommended! Highly recommended! We stayed here for three weeks, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The room is well-maintained and has everything we need. There were no issues with the AC, the hot and cold shower worked well, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Joanna has been a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Davao. 👌🏻

We had such a great stay here! The bed was soooo comfy. 🤩 There were board and card games to keep us busy, and the room was super spacious — plenty of room to hang out and chill. The host was really responsive and gave clear instructions , which made everything so easy. It honestly felt just like home! Everything was spotless and clean, the location is super convenient for everything we wanted to do, and there were even snacks available in the room if you’re lazy to go out 😍. The small karaoke setup was a fun bonus — we loved singing and having a good time! Definitely a place we’d stay again. ❤️

We had a great stay! The room aircons were great at making the entire place cool including the common area. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. There are 2 sleeping bags for additional persons or if someone prefers to sleep on the floor. It feels cozy staying in the common area, watching Netflix after work. Cookingwares and dining set are available. It is closer to the Abreeza mall than SM Lanang.

Ms Connie was so accommodating. I enjoyed my stay in this place. The guards were nice. I just didn’t find the clothing iron in the room so I was not able to iron my clothes whenever I go out. Regardless, I feel so at home at the place.

the place was good, safe, some restaurants nearby, also laundry place next door, a little far from airport though, but overall is well worth the price.
