I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. Our host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

I love where the place is located because it’s close to all the establishments. I also love how the room was clean and exactly like in the picture. The total bonus point for me was the location of the room—it has an overlooking view of the city, which is especially beautiful at night because of the city lights. Oh, and an extra bonus is that they offer free water! Overall, I am happy with my stay at their place.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The unit was spotless when we arrived, and it gave off such comfy, homey hotel vibes. The blackout curtains were a lifesaver—perfect for night owls like me who need to sleep during the day. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of fluffy pillows to choose from, which made it even cozier. The lighting was also a highlight—lots of different lighting styles to match any mood. Getting in and out of the unit was hassle-free, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

The unit is very convenient and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect if you prefer to cook during your stay. We also appreciated the honesty store, it was a thoughtful and helpful touch! Highly recommended!

Cedries Transient House is a gem! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spotless cleanliness. John Bryan, the host, was incredibly approachable and accommodating, making our stay truly relaxing. The cozy atmosphere created a wonderfully comfortable and restful environment. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about this home. Very clean and spacious! Hosts are responsive and act quickly. Walkable to Matina Town Square where there are several dining options including my favorite Halo-Halo place Aling Fopings. It was maybe a bit large for only 8 people but it was nice to have all that room. Price is right if you have 12 or more people. Kinda pricey for just 8 people.

It was good. Although the road going to the villa is quite challenging but it was good. The vibe is amazing.

Judy’s place is perfect for family gathering, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 9-10 people has 3 bath rooms with water heater and AC in each room provided. The house is roomy and spacious, a covered front patio that we can do BBQ and hangout. A classy marbke round table with lazy Susan’s good for 10 people. Over all the house was homey that provide comfort, convenience, a little of lux, and a lot of satisfaction. Thank you Ms Juvy for letting us stay in your house. We truly enjoyed and happy with our stay. Your place becomes an instrument in our family memory making. Thank you.

Highly recommended place to stay in davao. Spotless, friendly host, helpful host. Even close to the famous Catholic Church in davao. And overlooking Restaurants nearby and SM Mall Ecoland for shopping. Overall experienced is absolutely worth stay-in! All the best to Ms. Jennifer 👍

My stay here was absolutely fantastic. The room was spotless and exactly like the photos. The blackout curtains let me sleep soundly every night, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was rock-solid for Zoom meetings. Debbie, the host, replied to every message within minutes. Another standout feature was the blazing fast internet connection, perfect for staying connected and even catching up on work while enjoying our vacation. But perhaps the most memorable aspect was the breathtaking view of the Island of Samal from the condo's windows. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of cleanliness, excellent amenities like the kitchen, and the stunning view made our vacation memorable and enjoyable. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo was perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds & pillows, the fast wifi so I was able to work, the pool, its convenience for GRAB deliveries, the great security around the premises. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the location in Davao City was excellent. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Much appreciated the nice, soft duvet/ doona/blankets in each room. Leonisa was helpful from the inquiry to check-out. She even accommodated our late checkout request. Highly recommended!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
