Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Toms River

This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful! It is just as the images look, is in a great location, and has everything you could need! Great local snacks and recommendations, I would definitely stay here again!

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

My friends and I had an incredible time. The house is exactly as listed and made us feel right at home upon arrival. Maneesh was extremely friendly and responsive, even taking time to contact me personally on the first night of our stay to make sure I’d reach out in case of any questions. The outdoor area is wonderful with a peaceful dock and a beautiful lakeside view and a great hot tub. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider returning in the future. Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

It was also just a short drive to great restaurants and a beautiful vineyard, which made our trip even more special. We had a great time at this place as a group of friends. Super clean, quiet, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Enjoyed the large sofas and sitting around the dining table. One bathroom to share was easy

Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

This beautiful condo exceeded our entire families expectations! The location was perfect and walking distance to the beautiful beach and attractions. There was something for every one of my kids ranging from 15 to 2.5 years old. The beds were so comfortable and soft. The open concept of the duplex was inviting and perfect for a family. I would love to stay here again. Thank you John for being such a wonderful and responsive host.

As advertised; short drive to several beaches, a bit long to walk with chairs/etc but walkable without equipment. Short walk to Main St with plenty of stores/restos/etc. Did not cook while there. Ideal for family of four.

Myra’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend beach getaway! She was responsive, friendly and so helpful. The space was exactly as described - cozy, sweet, and functional. A really nice place to shower and hangout after some good beach time.
