This independent house is situated inside the beautiful Villa Vetta Marina in Sirolo. The house has independent entrance and it is developed in two levels. On the ground floor there is a big sitting room with a double sofa bed and a dining area. Then a full equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is a mezzanine with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The house has flat TV, AC, Wifi and all comforts.

Pietra apartment is part of a stone farmhouse named Tranquigliano that dates back to 1600, located in the country side of Assisi, right in the middle of Umbria. In the family since 5 generations, the building has been meticulously restored in 2019 with the care & attention that it is paid to the house where you grew up. The combination of old & modern creates a unique, cozy & quiet atmosphere. In the same building Stefania, runs a Cooking School where to learn country style cooking.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
