Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Tobyhanna Township

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect Weekend Retreat we had the most wonderful stay at this charming cabin! Nestled in nature, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabin was cozy, beautifully decorated, and stocked with all the essentials. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. the place was on the smaller side but would still highly recommend.

Fantastic weekend even if the weather was not ideal! Christina was excellent throughout. Locust Village has a HOA which requires some extra paperwork and small fees. It wasn’t complicated to complete immediately after booking as long as you have your car details to hand.

This was a great house with plenty of room for our family consisting of 3 generations - my wife and I, our 3 married adult children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The little ones enjoyed the children's playroom while others enjoyed playing pool and ping pong downstairs. We could all sit together for our meals. The beds were very comfortable. There was more than enough space to park our 5 cars. The neighborhood was very nice. We would stay here again.

Our family had an amazing time. Very easy check in. Macarena was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The house is clean and kitchen well stacked. The big windows with the view of the lake and sunroom makes this place very special. We cannot wait to come back.

We had an amazing wknd here in mid May! Erick’s place provided a much needed getaway from busy city life. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the back porch on a rainy morning having coffee and reading a good book. The place has 3 bedrooms and 1 and half bathrooms with the coolest sunken living room area ever. I was initially concerned at the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms but that mountain air gets cool and crisp at night so A/C is not necessary. I will definitely be looking for Erick’s place next time I spend a wknd in the Poconos!

We loved this Airbnb. It was beautiful there and Michael was quick to answer any questions. We did manage to get on the water with the kayaks, so that was great. We will definitely be back.

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

The cabin is warm, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect location for a couples weekend. The kitchen is loaded with great appliances and tools so we had a great time cooking. The sauna and hot tub are an attractive addition too, we barely left the cabin all weekend. Thanks Jermaine!

Lisa was a super responsive and welcoming host to our family of four looking for a quick getaway. The property exceeded our expectations and the home was incredibly cozy--not too big and not too small. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the hot tub, board games, BBQ grill, bikes, beautiful kitchen, and the neighboring town of Jim Thorpe! The community was quiet for a peaceful stay and the nearby scenery of lakes provided some great photo opportunities for us. Although the WiFi could be improved in the home, we highly recommend this property!

The place was great and Edward is an excelled host. He helped us out and communicated even late at night. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

What a relaxing stay for our mini getaway. I will start with the responsiveness and friendliness! Great hosts. When we checked in, we saw a bday balloon (for my bf’s bday), water, a bday glass, and pretzels. Totally sweet and welcoming! House was spotless. We loved the view, fireplace, and hot tub. We cooked some great meals on the grill. We took out the paddleboat for a quick trip which was so much fun. We also enjoyed watching movies on the huge tv downstairs. It was a quick, relaxing time away. Thank you for having everything that made our time away worth it!

Awesome Awesome stay. So much to do around the area even in early spring. The lake is great for trout fishing! Can’t wait to come back in the summer. Definitely recommend.

We rented this house for a bachelor party and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and stress-free weekend. The gaming room was definitely the highlight everyone had a blast hanging out in there. The location was also super convenient, with everything we needed close by the casino, Walmart, liquor stores, and more were all just a short drive away. The hosts were great and made sure the house was well-stocked and ready for our stay. Highly recommend for any group looking for a fun, comfortable, and well located spot!

This place was perfect for a peaceful couple’s getaway! It’s super cozy, quiet, and surrounded by nature—exactly what we were looking for to unwind. The home is very spacious and clean, and we loved that it’s pet-friendly, so our furry friend got to enjoy the trip with us too. Gregory’s house was absolutely wonderful—so cozy and warm. We had a great time with our family and really enjoyed using Gregory’s kayak. There’s a lake nearby where we could swim, and it was a perfect place for the kids to play. We’d love to visit again next time.

This is the easiest review I've written. I've never seen a host who replies AND helps within minutes. Bike has an issue? fixed. Ping Bong balls cracked? New one came within literally 9 minutes. The host goes above and beyond. The place itself? comfortable, cozy, things to do around. Definitely a recommend

I have to say this is the best Air B&B I have ever stayed with. I am so glad I booked it! It was more than what I was expecting. The host is responsive. I even had a question about where she bought the sectional and she sent me the link! Super clean. She has everything you literally don’t need to bring things with you. From snacks, to teas, coffees with pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, brought paper towels and toilet paper, first aid kits, blankets of all sorts. The beds are super comfortable. Open concept so many windows including on the ceiling so the natural light comes in. Record player with awesome music/vinyl records. She already has wood and sets up the fire pit for you. I definitely will book again! Everything around is near and food is great! You have access to the amenities as long as you’re wearing your bands. She has great collections of books. It is just so peaceful amazing service. I’ve booked many Air B&Bs but this is my favorite by far!

This was such a nice experience. The home was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Decor was beautiful. Hosts even left us snacks and pamphlets of things to do in the area. Had to drive to everything but most things we did we were within 30-45 minutes. Location was private and clean. Great weekend getaway!!!

We have been staying in Jordan‘s house for about three years now probably 15 times and every year it’s better and better. Jordan is a great hostess and always answers. Any questions I have. It’s always clean and very welcoming. We love it there.

My overall experience was great. The area is very quiet and peaceful. You aren't too far away from anywhere including cities like Scranton and Wilkes-Barre. The cottage itself is clean and spacious. Also the host was responsive when questions came up and very kind. If you are looking for an affordable retreat with either just yourself or a couple of friends, this is the place.
