I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful spacious stay with a lovely garden! A 7 minute walk from a metro. Within half an hour, you'll be at the Colosseum. Lovely to be a little behind! There were eateries nearby. We just had some problems with the boiler and sometimes had to wait 10 minutes for the shower to be hot, but everything else is great!

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

The place was nice in a quiet part of the city (even if there were planes flying over us, it was quiet inside and slept nicely), the neighborhood is little maintained and houses old, but otherwise everything was fine, we also moved in the evening, to the metro about 10 min. walk, close to the super shop Sacoph. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very kind, gave recommendations for restaurants, taxis, and communicated great. We also found another restaurant ourselves, and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

AMAZING HOUSEEEEE. If you wanna relax with the whole fam, this is the RIGHT place, away from the city. And also near to ROMANO outlet -25 mins awayy to go for luxury shopping !

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

An excellent location before or after your flight. Our family of five spent two days relaxing at this lovely apartment and on the beach after our eventful Rome visit. The apartment is close to the beach. There is a great grocery closeby. Also, numerous eating facilities and restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and on the beach. The beds were really comfortable, besides a nicely equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The cherry on top is a wonderful private terrace above the flat where you can observe the sunset and later the starry nights. Riccardo was really nice and responsive. He even arranged our transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Amazing location, short walk to the Vatican, great restaurants and the bus line! Loved the patio! Kitchen is useful for small easy meals. Furniture was comfortable to come home to after a long day of taking in the sights! Parking was easier than expected.

Lorenzo and Sara responded quickly to messages and helped us with everything. The accommodation itself is located far from the Roman bustle, suitable for family holidays and trips around the district. The territory is landscaped, there is entertainment for children, football, a grill, and a gazebo. The rooms were in the semi-basement with a separate entrance and windows. We were all satisfied, there were good rooms, arranged in a homely way. thank you for your hospitality!

The chalet is beautiful, with ample space and well-equipped, 8-10 beds and 2 bathrooms, the large garden, with barbecue, sofas and rocking chair, tables and chairs in abundance, well described and photographed. You feel at home. Matteo is very kind and helpful, he responded promptly to all questions and requests, flexible with the keys. Marsia is a special place, out of the world, surrounded by nature, the largest beech forest in Europe, many paths to walk or cycle, woods and meadows, valleys and mountains, the possibility of seeing animals (cows and horses, but also foxes and roe deer), perfect for spending a few days or weeks, in total relaxation or sport, in any case regenerating. We'll definitely be back!

we had a great stay, accommodation 10 minutes from the metro, very well equipped, extremely clean and modern decor. The big plus is the outdoor space that allows you to sit in the sun after visiting the city. excellent hospitality, tips and a very quick response to each request. I recommend it!

The previous reviews were entirely accurate in their unreserved praise of this beautiful place. We loved every thoughtful detail provided by delightful AnnaMaria and Domenico, the fresh flowers on the table to greet us, the wisteria in our (private!) pergola, the lovingly tended garden, the visit to Domenico's amazing wooden sculptures, the generous food provisions - including their own fresh eggs - the total peace and quiet, the hill views from inside and outside the house. We love staying at Casale while in Rome. Paolo is a very friendly and responsive host. It is perfect for a large family like mine. We look forward to returning again in July!
