It was the best decision to stay here, I can only recommend it.

Alessandro met us in front of the building even though we were substantially delayed by heavy traffic. In addition, he helped us to navigate a transportation strike which could have caused us to miss our flight. A wonderful host. A very spacious apartment.

It felt like you were at home. The apartment was well connected and very clean. Andrea was very helpful and kind, and explained everything in detail, including the places to visit.

The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was in order and clean when we arrived. Marianna assisted us in a fantastic way, always available and friendly. The apartment is located in a very quiet peripheral area but equipped with everything, pharmacy and supermarkets nearby and also a couple of good restaurants and rotisseries. The subway is very close and allows you to get to Rome in no time. For those who prefer taxis and Uber, they are easily bookable. We got in the car, but in the end, we left it parked in front of the house all week. Truly a beautiful discovery. Thank you for everything

Very nice spacious, modern, elegant apartment. Everything is there to cook and rest. The location is superb (right in the village) and the shopkeepers are nice. We highly recommend it.

I can only recommend Alessandra and her accommodation to everyone! After the flight and the storm on the way to the accommodation, we arrived with empty stomachs and felt saved when we saw pastries, which she put on the table for us. In addition, there were also chilled drinks for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need to feel at home. She was as good as always available, friendly and answered questions quickly without exception and was able to answer everything. Even if she was in a meeting. We really appreciated it. There was also a lot of information on questions you might have or directions already on the table. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, clean and very tidy. You had everything you needed, like a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. There is even air conditioning, which we really needed in the heat! But the most beautiful and the highlight is the roof terrace! A wonderful view! 6 stars

Our family of four was very comfortable in this modern, well-equipped and clean apartment. The neighbourhood was lovely — green and peaceful dotted with beautiful old houses. Though some distance from the city centre, we didn’t feel inconvenienced because the metro, a 10-15 minute walk away, took us straight to town in five stops. The only downside to our stay was that an elevator was being installed at the time, which made for noisy mornings. But once installed, it will of course enhance the convenience of staying here! Mattia was very quick to respond and helpful with suggestions all along. Highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful, comfortable, affordable place to stay. Thank you, Mattia.

Sonia and Giovanni were great very friendly and helpful with everything we needed from recommending restaurants and places to go to even helping out to give a ride to get our rental vehicle. Very safe place cleanliness is a 5star we strongly recommend this place

This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

We loved to stay at Federica‘s place! The communication upon arrival was very clear and the self check-in easy to follow. During the whole stay, the communication with Federica was great - we could always reach out to her and always got a quick response. The flat was great, especially the spacious balcony. It is located close to a Metro station, which made it easy to get in and out of the center. Also the neighbourhood was nice and rather calm. Federica gave us great recommendations for the restaurants around. We definitely recommend staying at her place and would always do it again!

Paola is an excellent host (5 star ⭐ plus). The apartment is the best Air B&B, I have ever stayed at. It’s immaculately clean, has all the amenities required, great transport links including shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone going to visit Rome. It’s also conveniently located to the Vatican City and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica.

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

Flavio was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns that I had. The property is beautiful and the apartment was incredible! Would recommend to anyone!!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
