I couldn't recommend more Pio and Iolanda's home to any traveller. The energy of the home is peaceful and soft - while remaining visually outstanding. Pio and Yolanda are two of the kindest and fun-loving souls I have ever met. They deeply respect your privacy, yet are there in a heartbeat if you need them. They open not only their home through this experience, but their hearts. If you want to feel at home in Italy, this is your place. I enjoyed being out of the city for peace and restoration, surrounded by the symphony of birdsong in the yards and glorious gardens after spending a lot of time in city centres. I also was invited to enjoy a beautiful dinner with their family one night. What a special experience! Thankyou for having me - til next time!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Daniela hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns direkt einige Tipps gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, dieses ist aber mit der Metro (ca. 15 Minuten Bahnfahrt) gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Bei warmen Temperaturen ist die Klimaanlage ein echter Pluspunkt. Für uns war es ein schöner Aufenthalt in Rom.

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. We had a great stay at Stefano’s place. He was extremely responsive and thoughtful. The house was very clean and well set up. We enjoyed opening the windows to a beautiful view and fresh air. The playground was great for our small children.

Op het appartement is niets aan te merken. Het ligt naast een winkelcentrum waar je alles kan kopen om zelf te koken. Ook het openbaar vervoer is voldoende om je snel in de binnenstad te brengen. We waren er elke dag binnen een uur. Het was heerlijk om op het balkon te ontbijten. Het was ook privé genoeg.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

An excellent location before or after your flight. Our family of five spent two days relaxing at this lovely apartment and on the beach after our eventful Rome visit. The apartment is close to the beach. There is a great grocery closeby. Also, numerous eating facilities and restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and on the beach. The beds were really comfortable, besides a nicely equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. The cherry on top is a wonderful private terrace above the flat where you can observe the sunset and later the starry nights. Riccardo was really nice and responsive. He even arranged our transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Территория облагорожена, есть развлечение для детей, футбол, мангал, беседка. Комнаты были в полуподвальном помещении с отдельным входом и окнами. Нас все устроило, были хорошие комнаты, устроено по-домашнему. спасибо за гостеприимство!

Lo chalet è stupendo, con ampi spazi e ben accessoriato, 8-10 posti letto e 2 bagni, il giardino grande, con barbecue, divani e dondolo, tavoli e sedie in abbondanza, ben descritto e fotografato. ci si sente a casa. Matteo è molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto prontamente a tutte le domande e richieste, flessibile con le chiavi. Marsia è un luogo speciale, fuori dal mondo, immerso nella natura, la faggeta più grande d'Europa, tanti sentieri da percorrere a piedi o in bici, boschi e prati, valli e monti, possibilità di vedere animali (mucche e cavalli, ma anche volpi e caprioli), perfetta per trascorrere qualche giorno o settimana, nel totale relax o sportivamente, in ogni caso rigenerante. Sicuramente torniamo!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement à 10mn du métro, très bien équipé, extrêmement propre et déco moderne. Le grand plus est l'espace extérieur qui permet une pose au soleil après la visite de la ville. un excellent accueil, des conseils et une réponse très rapide à chaque demande. je recommande !

Authentique et chaleureux L'accueil a été exceptionnel, toujours disponibles, serviables et remplis de bienveillance. Ce lieu est un véritable paradis niché en pleine nature, loin du bruit et de la pollution. Un cadre paisible et superbe où l'on se sent immédiatement bien. Chaque instant ici m’a rappelé les doux souvenirs de mon enfance chez mes grands-parents. Tout était parfait, du confort intérieur à l’atmosphère magique qui règne ici. Si vous cherchez un endroit où vous pourrez vous détendre et vous ressourcer, n’hésitez pas une seule seconde ! J’ai séjourné ici en mois de mai et le climat était idéal. Un véritable havre de paix où l’on a envie de revenir encore et encore. Si vous adorez la nature et la simplicité, c’est le meilleur endroit pour les vivre pleinement. sehr schön und ruhig mit tollem Aussenbereich, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Paolo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. In 15 Minuten erreicht man die Metro, wo man eifach alle Orte erreichen kann.
