Waterfront holiday rentals in Tivat Municipality

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en famille dans le logement de milo et Natasha. Le cadre est magnifique, avec ses 2 terrasses ensoleillés du matin jusqu'au soir. La plage est accessibles au pied du Logement. Un logement ideal pour déconnecter. je recommande sans hésiter ce logement. Merci encore

Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

Такие мелочи необходимые как гель для душа , ушные палочки , капсулы для стирки , кофе, чай, масло …..Очень чисто , и уютно . A tastefully decorated, fully equipped apartment with a nice terrace and a mega view. The place is well located and you can reach the city’s in bay Kotor i a short time. There is a shallow swimming area next to the apartment, which is ideal for small children. The apartment is small, but there was enough space for our family of 4. Only two issue was for us, missing sunbeds on the beach and air conditioner in the bedroom. The parking space mentioned in reviews is nothing special if you have driven in mountain areas. We had a great time. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this unit, it was relatively new, very clean, and the location is spectacular. Not being from Europe, we had a few issues interpreting the address and locating the correct building, but this was likely user error. The host and onsite management were both responsive and were very helpful.

First of all the property is located within walking distance from Tivat airport, however there was minimal noise from the airport, with only the odd plane flying over here and there - this was not a problem. There are nice views of the mountains when outside, and the pool and outdoor area were very clean and well maintained. This is a family run business, which made us feel safe and homely. The host family were responsive by Whats App message when needed and there was clear parking available for each apartment. We hired a car and the apartment was well located from the surrounding towns such as Porto, Kotor and Budva. Overall we were made to feel very welcome, and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days and when we landed at the airport, the owners of the house informed us how to get there. We also rented our cars with their help and the car rental company was also very kind and punctual. Because of the heavy traffic, we could not reach the house on time but they waited for us for a long time. A lady was there for us and she introduced us the house. She was very welcoming, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. During our stay, she came by the house a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. The house was clean, rooms were just like in the pictures on airbnb and the view from all the balconies was fantastic. Also, we communicated with another lady (Maria) via phone and she sent us directions for very nice beaches, shopping areas, etc. Thanks to them we enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro. Next time we visit the country, we will make sure to contact them again. Thank you Mirela and Maria! Thank you Montenegro360!

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

Die Unterkunft von Veselin ist perfekt! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wasser (nur eine kleine Straße dazwischen) und somit hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer, die Küste und die Berge. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist die direkte Terasse vor der Tür, ideal zum Frühstücken oder Abendessen mit Blick auf die schöne Landschaft. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft von Veselin und seiner Frau. Veselin hat sehr viel Wissen über die Geschichte des Landes und teilt dieses gerne. Wir konnten sehr viel Lernen und haben tolle Tipps von ihm erhalten. Durch die Herzlichkeit der beiden, fühlten wir uns direkt wohl. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! Suitable for families and couples, we were 6 adults. Some steps to be aware of outside

Dado's little Fisherman's house was very cute and cozy. If you need isolation from the world and people, you can have it. If you rather want to have people around you, fun, exploration, beautiful beaches and surroundings, you can have that as well. Dado, from the other hand, is a great host, easy to communicate, chill and easy going.

Tivat'a gittiğinizde kalacak yer konusunda tereddüt etmeden tercih edebileceğiniz bir daire. Ev sahibi Ana hem güler yüzlü hem de çok ilgili. En önemlisi ev, eşyalar tertemiz ve yeni. Konaklama sırasında ihtiyaç duyulacak her şey evde bulunuyor

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Ny og moderne leilighet, stor veranda med fantastisk utsikt. Flott beliggenhet, i nærhet til både strender og by, mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Fint bassengområde. Anbefales!

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Wir würden super freundlich empfangen. Der Austausch war super lieb und herzlich und wir haben einige hilfreiche Tips bekommen. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Wir waren drei Wochen mit vier Kinder dort. Sie haben es geliebt ins Wasser zu springen. Das Zimmer war für uns sechs super. Wenn man das Bussysthem einmal verstanden hat kommt man gut mit dem Bus von A nach B. Dennoch werden wir uns beim nächsten mal für ein paar Tage ein Auto mieten. Es war alles da was man braucht und alles war ordentlich und so wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und von dem Grundstück könnte besser nicht sein. Wir haben viele wunderschöne Stellen gesehen und haben uns dennoch jedesmal gefreut am Abend auf unserer Terrasse zu sitzen. Wir können uns nur vielmals für die tolle Zeit bedanken. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr. Wir können Daniels Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Es war unvergesslich. DANKE!

Apartment it's very clean and good equipped with everything. Market & restaurant are close, also the public transport. Nice place, area and host my recommendation.

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.
