Holiday rentals with beach access in Tivat Municipality

Great place we found last minute due to a different accommodation cancelling on us. Very close to Porto Montenegro. Kosovka waited for us to arrive late into the evening and although she did not speak English she informed us about the resident tax that needed paying the next morning. She also brought us some homemade wine to try which was lovely! Would recommend here, simple accommodation but all that was needed and friendly host. Thank you!

This location is absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, the view from the terrace onto the local nature park is gorgeous. The place is dead quiet apart from a neighbor's rooster which *will* wake you up in the morning, but that's an excellent time for a walk anyway. There is a bakery right downstairs, owned by the host himself, with both sweet and savory dishes, open for pretty much the entire day, you will not go hungry. Several grocery stores, if need be, are within walking distance. There are two paths from here to the seafront: either you go along the road and look at the nice local architecture with its small, well-decorated houses, or you enter the aforementioned park and walk among the trees and meadows as you go down. Stanislav himself was very kind and helpful, he warned us about the local policy of mandatory tourist registration and helped us get that done, and he also drove us to the airport when we were leaving.

We had an amazing month staying at Besi’s place. The location is perfect—there’s parking and a grocery store right across the street. Montenegro Port is a 20-minute walk along the beautiful waterfront (a great spot for coffee or just to enjoy a stroll in a lovely area). The place itself is incredibly cozy and well-equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It has the best interior we've ever encountered (which is crucial for anyone who still needs to work while traveling), and we have a lot of Airbnb experience. Highly recommend it! We spent two weeks at Milica and Pedja's apartment and had a great time. They are truly wonderful people and helped us with every request we had. The apartment was super clean and had everything needed for a short or long stay. The location is perfect, quiet, peaceful, 1 minute walk from the beach, and 10 minutes walk from the town center. Overall, I really recommend to check this place out!

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was perfect in every way. The apartment was clean, large and had everything we needed. It was also located in central Tivat which meant we could walk to all of the local restaurants. We visited the cable cars, Kotor and the national park. The buses were not the easiest to figure out but there are taxis available. I would highly recommend this apartment. Maja was very quick to respond to messages and sent us recommendations of places to eat which was useful. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😊

Beautiful view, cozy apartment, very friendly and helpful host. The host is sweet and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. My only regret is that my stay was so short! The only caution I would issue is with Montenegro itself. There is a tax office you have to visit by law if you stay in a private accommodation like an airbnb. The tax is small but you have to go in person and pay this tax and they don't have weekend or late night hours. You audio have to pay the tax per city (so you can't visit Budva and pay for the tax in Tivat). Also driving is stressful here. Neither of these should be enough to prevent you from visiting this beautiful place, just be aware of these things.

Apartment and the view is much better in real life

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days and when we landed at the airport, the owners of the house informed us how to get there. We also rented our cars with their help and the car rental company was also very kind and punctual. Because of the heavy traffic, we could not reach the house on time but they waited for us for a long time. A lady was there for us and she introduced us the house. She was very welcoming, answered all our questions and gave us very helpful tips. During our stay, she came by the house a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. The house was clean, rooms were just like in the pictures on airbnb and the view from all the balconies was fantastic. Also, we communicated with another lady (Maria) via phone and she sent us directions for very nice beaches, shopping areas, etc. Thanks to them we enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro. Next time we visit the country, we will make sure to contact them again. Thank you Mirela and Maria! Thank you Montenegro360!

Veselin's accommodation is perfect! The apartment is right on the water (only a small street in between) and so you have a wonderful view of the sea, the coast and the mountains. The apartment is large and very well appointed. The direct terrace in front of the door is particularly beautiful, ideal for breakfast or dinner with a view of the beautiful landscape. We would like to mention the incredible hospitality of Veselin and his wife. Veselin has a lot of knowledge about the history of the country and is happy to share it. We were able to learn a lot and received great tips from him. Due to the cordiality of the two, we felt immediately comfortable. A stay here is absolutely recommended!

Very nice house in the Luštica peninsula with a beautiful terrace with natural shadow from The trees and nice view on the sea. Perfect location to go around Kotor area. The house is well furnished and rooms are very comfortable.

Ivana and Ivan are a very good team and very helpful. The house is very beautiful as seen in the photos, the sea is right in front of the house. The barbecue was useful and the garden was very large. In the season, if you do not have your own vehicle, transportation is a problem. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a house with a garden. I would prefer it if I came to this area again

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! Suitable for families and couples, we were 6 adults. Some steps to be aware of outside

Everything was great. Lovely house, friendly hosts, perfect location.

We had the most wonderful 4 days at Jelena and Nikola’s beautiful place! The view is truly unbeatable and the house is extremely comfortable with a spacious kitchen and lounge, perfect for nights in, and light airy bedrooms with the stunning view of the bay. Jelena and Nikola were away during our stay but made check in very easy and were so good at staying in touch if we had any questions! None of our group had been to Montenegro before and staying in this house and experiencing Tivat and other local areas has made it one of our top European adventures! Cannot recommend it enough!

The appartment was beautiful and had everything we needed! There were two airco’s, one in the living and one in the bedroom. Which is a must during the hot summer days. In a 5 minute walk there was a beach and in about a 15 minute walk you could be at the porto montenegro centre. Kind regards, M&M

The apartment is very clean and fully corresponds to the photos and description. All equipment and appliances are working properly. There is a parking space in the courtyard of the house. Beautiful small view of the sea from the living room and from the bedroom. Marija is very hospitable and caring, she is always available and ready to help.

It is a spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. A supermarket and bakery are a 1-minute walk away and there are a number of restaurants in the village. You can easily park in your own space. Igor responds quickly to messages and is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

I would like to thank them again for hosting me in their home. The house was nice in terms of location and the view was very good. The host responded quickly to my questions and was helpful. A place where I can stay if I come again.
