Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Tivat Municipality

We loved Milena's place. A well equipped apartment that was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and lovely balcony- just as the description and photos showed. The location was great, right next to the beach and a good base for exploring nearby and with parking for our car. Communication was also good and Milena's dad was on hand if we needed any help/information.

Perfect little cosy place for a family with 2 children. Beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. Very helpfu, friendly and efficient hosts. The property is close to various beautiful beaches, historical towns and attractions. The small and big supermarkets and bakeries are within easy reach. Dragana is very responsive and promptly helped with any questions, and her apartment deserves special attention - it's not just an apartment, but a whole museum. If you want to feel like kings and queens, then this option is perfect for you, the interior is gorgeous. There is a huge terrace where you can enjoy breakfast. The main promenade of Tivat with luxury yachts and restaurants is just a 7-minute walk away, and it is also a great place for walking.

We enjoyed staying at this place! Thank you Sean for being responsive from the first minute of our arrival- even before check in. It was a pleasure meeting you in person as well. The location, apartment itself - all was great.

We loved our stay here! The apartment looked even better in real life than in the pictures. Nice and spacious, squeaky clean, airconditioning working perfectly. We were the first guests with a baby, and a brand new cot and bedding were provided. All necessary amenities were provided. Amazing views from the apartment and from the pool. Great to have such a nice pool. Gated accommodation, so we felt very safe. Our host was very welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. Afterwards, very quick in communications whenever we asked anything. We would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful location. The host recommended a local taxi driver to transport us to and from the Airbnb who was great (thank you Boban!). We had a lovely stay, the host gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area, we highly recommend visiting Tanjga Barbecue (just down the road 2 mins away), the local bakery, and Big Ben restaurant. The pool was so lovely - peaceful, warm, and surrounded by flowers. The waterfront is a close walk away, and you are a short walk away from Porto Montenegro. Thank you Ksenija for a lovely stay and making us feel right at home!

The house is beautiful, every detail in it is well chosen, so the ambient is perfect! We spent there 14 wonderful days in house and green garden between autentical stone walls, under the kiwi's shade stone table and benches. It is good located, that gives you opportunity to explore Lustca peninsula, it's famous beaches, Tivat , Kotor and more... It was relatively easy to find parking place close to the house. On walking distance you can find mini market, bakery, supermarket and some restaurants and fast food places. Lidia is very polite, friendly person and excellent host. Thank you, I hope we come beck!

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Evgeny's house has a million dollar view on the Kotor Bay and this itself is a good enough reason to spend holidays there. Everyone will surely enjoy breakfast at the balcony watching the ships and boats roll in and out or, if you wake up early, watch the sun rise above the Lovćen massif. The house is spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The swimming pool, although quite small but some 1.6m deep, is very refreshing and is a very cool feature. Adjacent to the pool there is a terrace offering a nice shadow under a tree and this is where you will probably spend most of the time. Of course the house is air conditioned. The house is in a quiet area so if you are looking for peace and silence, this is the place to go. You might probably hear some activity from the houses nearby, but the location of the house and the surrounding plants offer complete privacy. The neighbours are nice people anyway. The street leading to the house is very steep so I'd suggest to have a car at your disposal. Within the walking distance there is a restaurant or two, a small supermarket and a rocky beach, but I believe a car is a good idea to be able to move around Montenegro, which it certainly deserves. Also, you don't want to carry a 10kg watermelon by foot. There is a shadowed place to park a car under the terrace. The host is easily accessible by Internet communicators and should any problems arise at the house, there is a serviceman available nearby who'll fix things up. There is a washing machine in the basement as well as an iron, the kitchen is also adequately equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

Amazing on all levels. View of the bay fabulous. Super clean with amazing linens and towels and beds and sofas. All amenities plus some! Espresso machine. Steamed milk. Washer. Filtered water. Welcome fruit and juice. Super friendly host family that were available with a smile for any and all requests. I had my 5 month old baby and they provided a cot and were so kind. One night they knew we were tired so they brought dinner!!!!! Above and beyond in all levels.

We stayed for the winter NY holidays and it was a great place. Quiet, great-great view of the bay from the balcony. The balcony is big enough for 5 people I think. The shower is good and the water is ok. Heating as usual in the area with a\c, so cozy-cozy, but ok, just need smth warmer than usual. Driving to the house is a bit complicated due to the steep slope and narrow road, but leaving a car on the road below is possible and safe. Driving to Tivat takes around 15-20 minutes without traffic. The sea is very close, and a full-year restaurant and bakery are within walkable distance.

We had a wonderful one week-stay at Lidija's house! The house is very modern, perfectly equipped, each bedroom has a private bathroom and AC and the pool is so nice to enjoy after a busy sunny day. The location is very convenient: Lustica's peninsula is beautiful, calm and at the same time very close by car to Kotor and other Montenegro must-see sights. Lidija is a very friendly host, always available by email or phone, she will give you precious insider tips about the best restaurants and places of interest.

Everything was fabulous! Kristina and her parents are super hospitable and always helpful. Thank you for everything! We were very satisfied with the apartment. Everything very prepared as a precautionary measure. Beautiful beaches almost at the front door and lots of opportunities to do something. Highly recommend!

Apartment was perfect and the host was very helpful and nice

I recently stayed at Deagana’s Airbnb in Tivat, Montenegro, and had a wonderful experience. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view, which I enjoyed every morning from the balcony. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Deagana was a gracious host, providing helpful local tips and ensuring that everything was just right. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with breathtaking views.

A apartment you can choose without hesitation about the place to stay when you go to Tivat. Host Ana is both friendly and very caring. Most importantly, the house, the items are clean and new. Everything you need for a stay is at home

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

We spent 4 nights in Chiara's apartment, which we did not see but who left the management in her absence to Nena who is charming and flexible. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, rather well equipped, and benefiting from air conditioning in all rooms which is very nice given the extreme outside temperatures! It is well located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk to the first beach and restaurant, and 10min from the first supermarket. Access to the city center is longer on foot but is largely doable (15 min approx) we did it every day, and is 25 min from Puerto Montenegro. We recommend!

Eugenio's apartment was fantastic and completely fulfilled the expectations from the photos and description. All of the furniture was very comfortable and had everything that I needed for a long-term stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and I really enjoyed the 10-15 minute walk into Porto Montenegro from the apartment. There is a grocery store, bakery, and restaurant right on the street, so this makes things very accessible, as well as a 5 minute walk down to the beach. Fast wifi, plenty of hot water, and great amenities. I'd absolutely stay at this apartment again, if it is available in the future.

This was an excellent place, Milo’s was a very responsive host. Our flight got delayed, and we arrived about 6 hours late in the middle of the night and yet he was nothing but helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!
