Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tivat Municipality

Clean , spacious apartment, very nice terrace in front of the water. It is at the top of a long steep slope, you have to be driven , there are places for the car. Restaurants at the bottom of the descent on foot 👍 Great communication

Matija and his family welcomed us warmly with a drink and smiles. Very peaceful surroundings with a beautiful garden. The terrace was a huge surprise as it was large and overlooking the most gorgeous views of the mountains with nice outdoor seatings. We enjoyed our coffee there. The place was very clean with all the amenities and a well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The location is perfect as it is within walking distance to nearby beaches(I think this area has the cleanest swim water and locals go to the beaches) and a short drive to Kotor(but way less touristy and more relaxing than Kotor). Just the hard to get real airbnb experience that's unfortunately been lost in the current times. Many blessings to you Matija.

Wonderful apartment in the best location. In a quiet area, a 15 minutes walk to Kotor Old Town, great restaurants from 2 to 20 minutes away, the beaches are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot. There’s a parking spot nearby, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend the place and the host’s recommendations

Great place to stay in Kotor. It’s a nice apartment with a beautiful view from balcony! Inside you can find all you need in a trip: cozy well equipped room, kitchen, bathroom and a nice bedroom with a fascinating mountains view. In the neighbourhood you can find some fine restaurants, cafes (mine favourite is Small talks, just across the road). And the last but not least, it’s a 200m from Kotor bus station. As for hosts, Ivan gave us a clear instructions, came to personally welcome us and was always open to help us☺️ He helped us to order a taxi to Kotor cable car (which I strongly recommend to visit, it’s about 10 min away from there and really worth to see, especially during golden hour and sunset). It was a pleasure to meet a host, stay in his house and enjoy our trip!🥰

Amazing place! Nice location - walking distance to the old town, yet with a good view to the mountains and sea. The apartment itself was clean, good bed and essential kitchen tools, despite of its cleaness. The check-in was super easy and the spot for parking is a plus. I highly recommend this place and I would definetely stay there again if one day I return to Montenegro!

the only thing is it is private but the if we wanna drink and dance and sing after 10 that will be a difficult easily the next house people start banging the wall to stop making noise

The very fact that you are reading this review means you are looking for a place to stay. My advice. Close all those other tabs and go ahead and reserve Renata's place right away. And thank me later! When one travels either you end up in a great location but maybe noisy or you end up in a mediocre location with a bit of quietness and peaceful. Renata's place takes all the pros and advantages. Geographically located in the mountains, great location, great views, very quiet, private, and very close to all the places that matter in Montenegro. The place was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its definitely a home away from home! Wondering where to eat, where to park, what to do? Renata's recommendations are super amazing. And oh yes, don't forget an endless supply of fruits such as grapes, figs, etc. Lots of playground no matter what age. Everything was perfect! Renata is the most thoughtful, fun host. I definitely recommend this place and I will certainly stay here again.

Highly recommend, great place to spend time near Kotor and Tivat

The accommodation is true to description and photos, quiet and very well located for going to the historic center of Kotor on foot (about 10 minutes). We particularly loved the communal garden, peaceful and perfect for making a barbecue in the evening. Finally, Uros is very friendly and responsive!

Lidija has a truly beautiful cabin - the perfect mix of nature and comfort. We loved the stunning sunsets and the peaceful sunrises that bathed the cabin in light all day. It’s a great spot for hiking and reconnecting with nature, yet it has fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you could need - whether you're staying for a weekend or a whole month. Lidija herself is an incredibly warm and hospitable host. She welcomed us in person with a table full of delicious homemade local treats, and we loved hearing the stories behind the house. A magical stay all around!
