Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tivat Municipality

We have been very comfortable in the apartment. The living room and the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is complete and has everything you need, even a table to eat. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that is very helpful. Everything is very clean and pleasant. In the outdoor area there is a small porch with table and chairs. The area is quiet and has very good views, approximately 2kms from the beach. We have been visiting the entire Kotor Bay from there but we have never walked to the beach but we saw that there were people walking to the beach. Both Jasna and her father have been very kind and have put everything on their side to make us feel at ease. People in the area were nice. I would recommend the apartment, perfect value for money.

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

Lovely family house, the most amazing and friendly hosts. They gave us some of their home made lemonade when we arrived and shared some of their stories from the area. Although we only stayed one night, we wished to have stayed longer. 1min from the sea for a nice dive in the water. Close by villages such as Kotor, good facilities in the house if you want to cook a meal yourself.

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

We absolutely loved our stay at Daniel's & will definitely be back! Daniel was a super host always happy to help/advise when needed. Daniel is very friendly & hospitable. The apartment was superb & would definitely recommend. The location is perfect right in the middle of Kotor & Tivat with a bus service you can get on at the door. A cabin on the territory of a huge plot with a chic garden and trees. Beautiful view from deck. Thank you Vasilyzhka, very helpful, nice and lovely. We were waiting for a welcome cake, fruit, juice and 🤩 wine at the supermarket, so that I could buy the necessary products. The house is very interesting, with its own history. Two bedrooms, small bathroom and spacious lounge with terrace. Clean bed and towels, comfortable kitchen utensils. There is a toaster, water dispenser, oven and everything you need for cooking. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby, walking along the promenade is a pleasure and proximity to Portonovi. If necessary, you can take towels for the beach from the hostess, it is very convenient. The house is on a hill across the street from the beach. But, it was even useful for us, instead of physical charging :) The city itself is a little far away, but this is great, there is silence and tranquility, by bus stops 5-6, by taxi 25-30 euros.

Really great host who is very accommodating and helpful. House is fantastic and up in the mountains - look even better than the pictures! Would definitely stay here again. Close to both Kotor and Budva

Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

Amazing luxury villa , very quiet and with nice location , 20min driving to Kotor and 15 min driving to Budva .. the host is very nice guy a very helpful

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We spent an unforgettable 10 days at the villa with a group of 8. The house is located in a small village, has its own beach platform with sunbeds and umbrellas and stairs in the sea. Walking distance to the Mediterranean restaurant, small stalls with fruit, ice cream. We had a car at our disposal, which allowed us to visit the nearest cozy cities with a large selection of restaurants and places for walking. The owners of the villa are a wonderful family, they were always in touch, answered questions and gave recommendations. We also helped arrange transfers and provided a car rental. We plan to go back to Montenegro!

Svetlana's AirBnb is absolutely amazing. It has some of the most magnificent views that we have ever seen (from the porches of two of the bedrooms you have a panoramic view of the Bay of Kotor and the mountains beyond). The pool is wonderful and there is a sauna and shower nearby for changing. In addition to the spacious and comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, a living room and small kitchen, there is a separate small glass-enclosed enclosed gazebo\house that has a kitchen, a comfortable couch and a wonderful fireplace. For those who come with young children, there is a terrific play area for children (including a playhouse) and the pool has a shallow end for children. Svetlana was terrific and responsive to our requests and really helped us out when we had an issue unrelated to the rental. We highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable AirBnb.

We had an amazing stay at Zeljko's house! Recommend renting a car to go on beautiful excursions and because the house is not within walking distance from the shop. The house was exactly as pictured with a lovely nature all around. We got quick responses from the host and great recommendations. We had amazing evenings in the pool with the sunset! Highly recommend this home!

Absolutely incredible location with a private jetty and pool. Very peaceful with no crowds in the middle of summer. The house was comfortable for our family of 5 and Nikola made a big effort to support us with things needed for our 11month old. It was a very special holiday and a must if you are looking to enjoy magnificent Bay of Kotor.

The photos of the beautiful old farmhouse do not do it justice. It is absolutely stunning. So quiet and peaceful that you forget you are only 15 mins outside of Budva. The location of the house is perfect to visit Kotor, Perast, Budva, Sveti Stefan, Tivat and Lake Skadar. A hired car makes travelling around much easier but taxis are ridiculously cheap. Great care has been taken to make sure guests are comfortable. We were met by our fantastic host who told us the history of the house and we communicated through a translation app over a few shots of his homemade grape brandy. We will definitely be back again soon
