Thanks for everything. Location was great. Quiet and with pretty view. I got to check in right away when I arrived, there was smiling and welcoming staff showing my room. Very close to airport. Busy road to walk to airport, but I managed it well, very close, 15min only. Good bakeries and restaurants on your way if you want to have a proper meal before your flight. 30min walk to city too so I didn't need any taxi to move around.

Stojan was a wonderful host and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The views from the villa are truly spectacular and the villa itself is really nice. The location is so relaxing with the sea right under the window! There is an amazing outdoor area to enjoy the views from which you can hear the waves! Please note that the 2 floors of the villa are separate apartments with no stairs inside to get from one floor to the other, you have to go outside to get to the other floor. Stojan was extremely flexible with check in and check out which was so helpful. Stojans villa is amazing! Thank you!

Great host, let us check in early which was great as we arrived at 8am. very responsive throughout the whole trip.

Overall, everything was great. The host was very helpful and each time he helped as much as he could. Everything agrees with the description. As for the minuses, we lost electricity twice due to the storm, the first time the host organised help and the fault was repaired. However, the second time (on the day of departure) so we packed in the dark. But the location was generally great - direct access to the bay, nice step down the stairs to the water. You can relax and feel at home.

Better than in the pictures, really. It sits at the edge of an old abandoned village (now being resurrected by locals building luxury vacation houses), with amazing views on Porto Montenegro and Tivat Bay. The location is indeed remote and you’ll only be able to access it by car, following a steep, narrow but short road. The house has everything you need, just make sure to buy groceries from Tivat, as there’s nothing in the village besides other villas. It’s peaceful, quiet and remote, if that’s what you are looking for.

Didžiausi šių namų privalumai - vieta su nuostabiais vaizdais į Kotoro įlanką, keli žingsniai iki jūros su patogiu įlipimu į skaidrų vandenį, didžiulės gražios lauko erdvės, kuriose visada yra pavėsio. Taip pat patogi vieta automobiliui. Privatus kiemas, todėl visą dieną galima prabūti lauke su maudymosi apranga - eiti maudytis, plaukti irklente, valgyti, žiūrėti TV arba gėrėtis vaizdais. Šeimininkas labai rūpestingai ir maloniai atsakė į visas žinutes, o pasitiko jo brolis. Labai rekomenduoju tinginių atostogoms :))

Хорошая, чистая и удобная квартира со всем необходимым. Пляж буквально в 20 метрах, красивый вид с террасы. Ilija и Danka очень гостеприимные и всегда на связи. Спасибо)

The villa and the view are truly amazing. Great restaurants are only 15-20 minutes drive away in Kotor or Tivat. Nice small nightlife in Kotor. We wanted to stay only for 3 days but ended up extending our trip to 9 days because we loved it so much. Our host Valentina and all the others were really helpful and friendly. One of the best hosts I ever had. Valentina thanks so much for making our stay that pleasant and easy.

Amazing view! Amazing hospitality! The beach is just right in front of the house. It's private and noone is around most of the time. Please stay there, you won't regret it :)

Amazing house! being able to dive into a velvet sea right outside the house is priceless! The house is very nice, the small community of neighbours is charming, and the Kotor bay is a stunning place. Milica was extremely helpful at every level! From helping to get our luggage to the house to recommending and organizing activities, her responsiveness and input were superb. Thanks to Milica, these few days in Bjelila will remain a fantastic memory for me and my family. Definitely 5 star location and service!

Мы провели незабываемые 10 дней на вилле компанией из 8 человек. Дом расположен в небольшом посёлке, имеет собственный пляж- платформу с лежаками и зонтиками и лестницей в море. В пешей доступности ресторан средиземноморской кухни, небольшие ларьки с фруктами, мороженое. В нашем распоряжении был автомобиль, что позволило посетить ближайшие уютные города с большим выбором ресторанов и мест для прогулок. Хозяева виллы - замечательная семья, они всегда были на связи, отвечали на возникающие вопросы и давали рекомендации. Также помогли организовать трансфер и предоставили в аренду автомобиль. Планируем вернуться в Черногорию!

Excellent Stay in Montenegro We rented the entire property for a week. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The property is large. It has what are essentially 9 self sufficient units, one of which is the penthouse with three bedrooms, two baths. The rooms are large and clean. Plus there is a lounge are on the first floor. There were two washing machines, at least one of which had a drying feature. Honestly, we spent most of our time on the back deck, which is comprised of a bar area, a huge covered sitting area and an open area with patio chairs and lounges. It was spectactular. We wre in the water every day, which was clean, clear and refreshing. The hosts are very responsive. We had the usual minor issues pop up and they were addressed very quickly. We couldn't have been happier with the experience and wouldn't hestitate to stay here again if we came back to the area. Top notch.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette très belle maison Nous étions 12 et chacun a pu avoir son intimité (chambre, wc, douche privatif) Bien équipée (sauna en petit +) Bien placée dans la baie Plage de l’autre côté de la route Stationnement facile pour nos 3 voitures Super communication avec Vladimir Et Géorgie très sympathique et aux petits soins Seul petit bémol nous avons eu du mal à trouver la maison en arrivant de nuit (beaucoup de monde sur la route, route étroite et difficile par moment pour se croiser à deux, manque de signalisation/enseigne pour savoir de quelle maison il s’agit) mais à part ça RAS Je vois recommande

The villa is absolutely stunning! - the pictures don’t do it justice. The host, cohosts and house manager are very responsive and friendly - they made us feel very welcome. The villa was very clean and everything seemed in pristine condition. My friends and I had a 10/10 experience - we would definitely recommend!

Excellent villa! The location is ideal for visiting the beaches around lustica bay and also tivat/kotor Bay. The host is very friendly and helpful. The villa is very spacious and finished to a very high standard. The pool is a great size for a family to enjoy. We used a hire car for the week and the private parking is perfect and secure. We are looking forward to hopefully staying again soon!

The villa was absolutely incredible, but it was the hosts that truly made our stay. They brought us extra supplies when we needed them, and even went to a pharmacy to get us meds when most of our group got food poisoning. The icing on the cake, though, was when I lost my engagement ring and the hosts took extra care searching for it when we checked out and found it!! They were also extremely communicative and had a translator available, plus they arranged a boat for us and were flexible about check out time. The villa is really conveniently located but be aware it is on a busy road, so we mostly spent time at the bay during less busy times of day.
