House holiday rentals in Tivat Municipality

We stayed at the villa with our two children. We really enjoyed everything. The design is very bright and bold-you want to photograph every corner. We were the first guests, and everything was brand new, which was nice. The location is excellent-just a one-minute walk to several restaurants and beaches. The small private pool was a big hit with the kids. For the adults, the favorite spot was the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire Bay of Kotor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Possible downside: there are four floors, so you'll be going up and down the stairs a lot.

A beautiful home, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The main bedroom is beautiful with all facilities as described. The balcony leading off this is a great place to have breakfast while watching the ships and boats on the bay. All bedrooms have very comfortable beds and with bathrooms as described. The kitchen has everything needed and with there’s a separate laundry room. The outside area is big and we used the BBQ one evening, a large dining area both inside and outside give you options depending upon the weather and time of year. In May we had sunny warm days and used the pool and sun loungers under Olive trees The blue line bus stops nearby for Kotor. Good restaurants 5- 10 minutes away by car/ taxi. Marko is an excellent host, he replies quickly with any questions and can recommend boat trips taxis etc. He does his utmost to help you always Book this home, it’s truly stunning ! Bel hébergement avec 3 belles chambres et 4 salles de bain. la cuisine est très bien équipée avec 2 frigos notamment. La piscine était très agréable après une journée dans les bouches de Kotor ! La maison est proche de nombreux sites mais beaucoup se circulation. Par contre elle est un peu a l'écart sur la péninsule de Lustica qui est plus calme.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Evgeny's house has a million dollar view on the Kotor Bay and this itself is a good enough reason to spend holidays there. Everyone will surely enjoy breakfast at the balcony watching the ships and boats roll in and out or, if you wake up early, watch the sun rise above the Lovćen massif. The house is spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The swimming pool, although quite small but some 1.6m deep, is very refreshing and is a very cool feature. Adjacent to the pool there is a terrace offering a nice shadow under a tree and this is where you will probably spend most of the time. Of course the house is air conditioned. The house is in a quiet area so if you are looking for peace and silence, this is the place to go. You might probably hear some activity from the houses nearby, but the location of the house and the surrounding plants offer complete privacy. The neighbours are nice people anyway. The street leading to the house is very steep so I'd suggest to have a car at your disposal. Within the walking distance there is a restaurant or two, a small supermarket and a rocky beach, but I believe a car is a good idea to be able to move around Montenegro, which it certainly deserves. Also, you don't want to carry a 10kg watermelon by foot. There is a shadowed place to park a car under the terrace. The host is easily accessible by Internet communicators and should any problems arise at the house, there is a serviceman available nearby who'll fix things up. There is a washing machine in the basement as well as an iron, the kitchen is also adequately equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible house, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house itself is beautifully designed, featuring spacious living areas and modern amenities. But the true highlight for me was the stunning pool! Relaxing by the poolside while soaking in the breathtaking views was an unforgettable experience. Whether it was day or night, the scenery was simply mesmerizing. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. They were always available to assist with any needs, giving me the perfect blend of privacy and support. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! I can't wait to return!

We logeerden 9 dagen half oktober. We hadden prachtig weer en het zwembad kwam dus nog goed van pas. We mochten vroeger inchecken dan gepland en de ijskast was gevuld met allerlei lekkere dingen. Andrea en Josip kookten ook een heerlijke maaltijd op een avond voor ons. het uitzicht is fantastisch, een prachtig zicht op de bergen. De woning ligt in een heel rustige buurt en toch slechts 2 km van de luchthaven maar daar heb je geen last van. Achter de hoek ligt een restaurant dat heerlijk eten serveert en niet duur. De kamers zijn groot en alle ramen zijn voorzien van muggeramen. Het is ideaal gelegen om alle leuke dingen te doen en ligt aan de goede kant van Kotor. Daar zijn het immers altijd files zelfs toen wij hier waren buiten het seizoen. Josip hielp ons zelfs met de bagage toen we vertrokken. Super lieve mensen die vooral willen dat hun gasten het naar hun zin hebben! Bedankt

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans un lieu idyllique, les pieds dans l'eau. Vuko nous a très bien accueilli, a su nous conseiller pour passer de bonnes vacances. Je recommande ce logement, pour passer des vacances paisibles, au bord de la mer.

Amazing apartment, beautifully decorated, everything is new, impeccably clean. The apartment is literally 10 steps from the beautiful Waikiki beach. I'm sorry that I was only passing through and I needed a place to sleep, next year I'm definitely planning a vacation here with my family. Thank you to owner of the apartment, she is very kind 🥰

Excellent secluded location for a perfect relaxing holiday. The villa is located just a dozen yards from a small private beach accessed only by a few people. The water is very clean and there is plenty of fish, so having a mask is recommended to see them properly. We were staying in a bigger apartment on the second floor. The view from the balconies is amazing. The small kitchen in the apartment has a fridge, but doesn't have water. It is not meant for cooking - just for some snacks. We were given exclusive access to a separately standing kitchen/dining building. The hosts only speak Russian. I guess Google Translate can solve this problem, we know Russian, so it wasn't an issue for us at all. WiFi is rather unreliable, we have got Telenor SIM card costing 10€ which gave 500GB of mobile data and we all could share it. Local grocery shop is just a 10 minutes walk away, tourist registration office is about 5 minutes away from the shop. There is a very good bakery 5 minutes walk further. Walking from Idea shop to the sea one ends up on a pier which has a 9am service to Herceg Novi for just 6€ return. The boat is a bit slow and it takes about an hour to get there.

A lovely little apartment with a beautiful terrace! Perfect for 2-3 people, with great AC, and stocked kitchen. The steep drive up might be challenging for non-Montenegrins but there was parking space right below the street as well (about 20m from the entrance). A one-minute walk down to the water and super quiet location.

We absolutely loved our holidays at Jelena‘s place! The house was super clean, beautifully furnished and just next to the beach. The checkin & communication were very easy & friendly and Jelena was the perfect host. We will definitely book again, thank you so much!

Es war wirklich schön bei Irena. Der Ausblick von der Unterkunft ist echt beeindruckend. Die Kommunikation war super. Hatten wir fragen oder brauchten wir Auskunft, haben wir schnell Antwort bekommen. Das Haus ist klein und überschaubar, trotzdem ausreichend. Bei der Terrasse waren wir sowieso nur draußen. Die Lage ist auch super. Wir haben vom Flughafen gute 10-12 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht. Nach Tivat direkt waren es ein paar Minuten mehr. Kotor liegt auch nicht unweit entfernt. Danke für die nette Betreuung und dich tolle Unterkunft. Ein Highlight war vor allem das Stand up paddle, das wir nutzen durften. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Danke und liebe Grüße.

Огромное спасибо Катарине и Сречко за теплейший прием, душевность и чудесный дом! Провела в гостях замечательную неделю и была бы искренне рада вернуться снова. Выдающееся гостеприимство и лучшие хозяева в Тивате :) Чувствовала себя как дома: Катарина и Сречко заботятся о гостях как о родных; обаятельные, интеллигентные люди, с которыми очень приятно общаться. Дом — красивый, атмосферный, в двух минутах ходьбы от моря и пляжной полосы, в тихом месте.Вокруг зеленый сад. Боковая калитка выходит прямо в зеленый парк. Гостевая часть очень уютная и декорирована с любовью, все после свежего ремонта, но одновременно пространство хранит дух семейного дома. В комнате спится замечательно. На летней кухне и в саду под фиговым деревом просто замечательно попить кофе с утра. Вайфай быстрый. Неподалеку большой супермаркет, с другой стороны — набережная и чуть дальше — элитный променад Порто Монтенегро. Словом, идеальное место для того, чтобы отдохнуть душой — не в пример однообразным гостиничным комнатам. Спасибо и удачи!
