Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tivat Municipality

We stayed at the villa with our two children. We really enjoyed everything. The design is very bright and bold-you want to photograph every corner. We were the first guests, and everything was brand new, which was nice. The location is excellent-just a one-minute walk to several restaurants and beaches. The small private pool was a big hit with the kids. For the adults, the favorite spot was the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire Bay of Kotor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Possible downside: there are four floors, so you'll be going up and down the stairs a lot.

if you need privacy, a quite place to reload your battery. this is the place to stay. Only the birds are keeping you company. I highly recommend it.

Evgeny's house has a million dollar view on the Kotor Bay and this itself is a good enough reason to spend holidays there. Everyone will surely enjoy breakfast at the balcony watching the ships and boats roll in and out or, if you wake up early, watch the sun rise above the Lovćen massif. The house is spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The swimming pool, although quite small but some 1.6m deep, is very refreshing and is a very cool feature. Adjacent to the pool there is a terrace offering a nice shadow under a tree and this is where you will probably spend most of the time. Of course the house is air conditioned. The house is in a quiet area so if you are looking for peace and silence, this is the place to go. You might probably hear some activity from the houses nearby, but the location of the house and the surrounding plants offer complete privacy. The neighbours are nice people anyway. The street leading to the house is very steep so I'd suggest to have a car at your disposal. Within the walking distance there is a restaurant or two, a small supermarket and a rocky beach, but I believe a car is a good idea to be able to move around Montenegro, which it certainly deserves. Also, you don't want to carry a 10kg watermelon by foot. There is a shadowed place to park a car under the terrace. The host is easily accessible by Internet communicators and should any problems arise at the house, there is a serviceman available nearby who'll fix things up. There is a washing machine in the basement as well as an iron, the kitchen is also adequately equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

A lovely little apartment with a beautiful terrace! Perfect for 2-3 people, with great AC, and stocked kitchen. The steep drive up might be challenging for non-Montenegrins but there was parking space right below the street as well (about 20m from the entrance). A one-minute walk down to the water and super quiet location.

We spend summer 2022 here. 4 adults and 4 kids. Location is great: close to the beach, 2 bars, shop, post, bank - everything is within 10-15 min walking. Bijela is quite place. At the same time if you want more environment - it will take you about 20 min walking to Baosici where you will find few restaurants and small luna park. Highly recommended for those who travel by car: Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat are great places to visit. If you've never been to Montenegro you will be impressed by nature and Boka-Kotor Bay.

The apartment was great - spacious, comfortable, very good location for visiting the Bay of Kotor. Elena is a very friendly host! She helped us with everything, answered every message quickly. Absolutely recommended!

Thank you to Aleksander for his caring presence, he is unparalleled in responsiveness with an answer within 5 minutes to all our questions. The house matches the description in every respect with a sea view partly on the terrace, the renovation of the villa is at the expected level of service, it's modern, warm, the bedding is very good, everything is very well thought out and furnished, the village of Bjelila, is a gem with the water just a few meters away, with neighbors all more pleasant than the others, quiet, with 2 restaurants less than 20 meters away. Access to the village pontoon allows you to swim at any time, a rejuvenating village away from the noise of the big cities of the Bay of Kotor, ideal at the end of the trip to recharge before flying back, I recommend without any reservation, Bravo for the soul that Aleksander has put in, and that we find everywhere in the house :) .

Gabrijela and her familly were great hosts. Their appartment is clean and cozy and they are ready to help you with anything. City beach is very close althought we were driving to other beaches that we wanted to see. City center and porto montenegro is only 10 min. Away by foot.

Very nice apartment! We were a family of 5 visiting Montenegro for the first time, and it was just what we were looking for. Perfect views, close to excellent beaches, and very swimming opportunities.

Beautiful location, all the basic amenities, and lovely and helpful host. Plenty of restaurants around, cute antique shop close by, and shops/supermarket/bakery within walking distance.

Cosy apartment with a stunning view. Was very convenient to have Katy living nearby, who kindly assisted us during the stay. Parking is a bit challenging, because there is not always a free space available next to the apartment

Lovely apartment in the hills of Tivat overlooking the city and sea. Carlos was a great host, very responsive and even chopped wood for the fireplace for us. Overall we had an amazing stay.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with all amenities needed. It's bright, very clean and located in a quiet area. The terrase is huge with a wonderful view. I was there with my family and I strongly recommend it! Dragana was very helpful host:)

Famtastic villa, accommodated large group of 10 family reunion - , aged from 8 to 83! Jas was great more then helpful, responding in minutes extensive knowledge of local resources, Helped us with everything - from getting to villa and local public holiday schedule, getting groceries, finding restaurants , arranging boat and yacht tours etc His helper Rosa lives on a property-great soul, feiendly and supportive Pictureus and idilic rural location, Jas provided a detailed instructions with a lot of prompting on our initial arrival driving time from nearest Tivat airport about 40 minutes, the local village with 3 restaurants and small shop / the beach 10 minutes. Clean pool , Wi Fi, lot of table games and books ! Roads are bit tricky to drive , esp for larger car but ok Hetting to a beach is better by car-overwise steppy walk Thank you Jas and Rosa

Budimir and his son run an incredible place. They made us feel at home instantly. There is also a private restaurant that is just for the AirBnB. The table set up by the sea is unreal. 100000% recommend.

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.
